We have honor to inform you about carrying out within the framework of the International exhibition - fair of wine, alcoholic products, beer, non alcoholic drinks, technologies, raw material, equipment and packing materials < East-West Drinks 2007 > professional tasting competition of SPIRITS, Wine, VODKA, COCKTAILS, STRONG, WEAK and soft DRINKS, BEER And JUICES, DESIGN of a LABEL And a PACKING, which estimation, is made with observance of the basic rules accepted in practice of realization of the International competitions.
The international competition will be carried out from May 07 till May 10, 2007 with the purpose of display of a wide public achievement in the field of manufacture of drinks and alcoholic production, revealing of the best manufacturers and the best samples of production, popularity of the traditional and new marks, assistance to improvement of quality of alcoholic production and increase of culture of its consumption, expansion of connections and information interchange between the manufacturers of the different countries, improvement of professional skill of the experts of alcoholic production.
The participants OF THE TASTING COMPETITION OF SPIRITS, WINE, VODKA, COCKTAILS, STRONG, WEAK AND SOFT DRINKS, BEER AND JUICES, DESIGN OF A LABEL AND A PACKINGS can be the enterprises, developing non-alcoholic, alcoholic and wine making production, their representations, trade organizations.
It can be submitted in the competition:
- Spirits and raw material for liqueur-vodka production
- Strong alcoholic drinks: vodka, bitter cordials, bitter weak cordials, aperitif, sweet, half-sweet cordials, fruit brandy, liqueurs, balms
- A grape wine, including natural, special, aromatic
- A grape wine sparkling, including sparkling and pearl
- A fruit wine, including cider; honey wine
- Strong grape and fruit drinks, including grape vodka, brandy, cognac, fruit vodka, calvados
- Cocktails and weak drinks
- Beer
- Non-alcohol drinks and juices
Rewarding of production will be carried out according to conditions of rewarding on a solemn ceremony by results of Competition:
- Gran-pri
- By medals (gold, silver, bronze)
- By the honorable diplomas
Criterion of estimation: the estimation of quality of competitive samples is carried out according to the standard techniques, which basic criterion is anonymous of representation of samples. The estimation is marked on 100-mark system, accepted at International tasting competitions
The jury of the Competition consists of professional tasters and experts of Turkey, Western Europe and countries of CIS, which has confirmed the high qualification by means of participation in International tasting competitions.
