Mushroom Interferon Production

Mushroom growing can assist your Interferon level.-FIGHTS HEP-C AND A VARIETY OF DISORDERS MISTAKENLY CALLED "OLD AGE" NOT "COULD-IMPROVE THE DIET-AND-THE SOUP"

What are Interferon Initiators? They are a unique combination of known interferon producers. Never have so many interferon producers, and unique and rare forms of them been brought together in one place at one time. Foremost among these is a new, special, and powerful 3% Uncaria tomentosa extract currently only offered by Higher Ideals.

A special Research and Developement team has been able to isolate the mitraphylline alkaloid with a minimum 3% total alkaloids content level. This would be powerful by itself, but in addition, we have enhanced it's powers with Astragalus, Pau d' Arco (Divine Tree), Pfaffia paniculata (Suma), Schizandra, and Licorice, all known interferon producers. These Interferon Initiators would be powerful enough by themselves, but we did one last and very important thing. We included Dioscorea (Wild Yam) that contains diosgenin and other precursors that serve to assist your body to produce it's own DHEA. DHEA is called the "Mother of Hormones," because is is used by our bodies to produce at least 50 other hormones. Imagine the importance of that! A Temple University study showed supplemental DHEA was able to prevent breast cancer in mice. The studies also indicated prevention of lung and bowel tumors, plus the extension of life span.

Besides being rich in amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and polysaccharides, it is anti-bacterial and anti-viral. If you have a cold (usually caused by bacteria) or a flu (caused by a virus) it is the anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties of the Reishi mushroom that prove to be so helpful. For this reason, the Reishi mushroom is also referred to as "Royal Reishi." The Shiitake mushroom has a long history of strengthening effects on the stomach, intestines, and of inhibiting tumor growth, It, like the Reishi mushroom, is high in amino acids, trace minerals, and vitamins. In addition to boosting the immune system, it also lowers cholesterol. These properties make it an essential member of this mushroom calcium, magnesium, potassium, and protein. It has been shown to lower blood pressure in hypertensives.(2) It has been shown to inhibit melanoma, up to 86% in mice. In general it can be seen as an important aid for immune deficiencies, solid tumors, hepatitis and diabetes. Two major institutes, the National Cancer Institute in the Untied States, and Japan's National Institute of Health confirmed that Maitake "may help prevent HIV's destruction of the bodiy's T-Cells." This is exciting because measuring T-cell count is a method used to trace the progression of HIV to fullblown AIDS. In addition, two doctors, Dr. David Hughes of San Bernardino, CA and Dr. Robert Murphy of Torrington, CT in separate studies have found that Maitake helps lesions become smaller or disappear. Dr. Hughes used Maitake extract mixed with DMSO and saw skin lesions disappear within several days. Other research groups report Maitake helpful in treating chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic hepatitis. Obviously, Maitake plays an invaluable role in making Extend work.

Structure of IFN-γ The IFN-γ monomer consists of a core of six α-helices and an extended unfolded sequence in the C-terminal region.[2][3] This is shown in the structural models below. The α-helices in the core of the structure are numbered 1 to 6. The biologically active dimer is formed by anti-parallel inter-locking of the two monomers as shown below. In the cartoon model, one monomer is shown in red, the other in blue. The structural models shown above (see protein data bank code 1FG9) are all shortened at their C-termini by 17 amino acids. Full length IFN-γ is 143 amino acids in length, the models are 126 amino acids in length. Affinity for the glycosaminoglycan heparan sulphate resides solely within the deleted sequence of 17 amino acids.[4] Biological activity In contrast to interferon-α and interferon-β which can be expressed by all cells, IFN-γ is secreted by T lymphocytes and NK cells only. Also known as immune interferon, IFN-γ is the only Type II interferon. It is serologically distinct from Type I interferons and it is acid-labile, while the type I variants are acid-stable. IFN-γ has antiviral, immunoregulatory, and anti-tumour properties.[5] It alters transcription in up to 30 genes producing a variety of physiological and cellular responses. Activation by IFN-γ is achieved by its interaction with a heterodimeric receptor consisting of IFNGR1 & IFNGR2 (interferon gamma receptors). IFN-γ binding to the receptor activates the JAK-STAT pathway. In addition, IFN-γ activates APCs and promotes Th1 differentiation by upregulating the transcription factor T-bet. IFN-γ is the hallmark cytokine of Th1 cells (Th2 cells produce IL-4). NK cells and [[CD8+ cytotoxic T cell]]s also produce IFN-γ. IFN-γ suppresses osteoclast formation by rapidly degrading the RANK adaptor protein TRAF6 in the RANK-RANKL signaling pathway, which otherwise stimulates the production of NFκB. http://cancerguide.org/maitake_cit.txtcIn: J Pharmacobiodyn (1989 Nov) 12(11):671-80 We have developed a method to control the effective time period of (1- ---3)-beta-D-glucan in vivo by using (1----3)-beta-D-glucanase and found that grifolan LE (GRN), a (1----3)-beta-D-glucan, administered intraperitoneally to the host required more than 2 d to exert antitumor activity. During these two days many immunological changes were induced, such as increasing the number of peritoneal exudated cells (PEC), augmentation of production of interleukin 1 (IL-1), acid phosphatase and phagocytic capacity of adherent cells in PEC. In addition, there was increased carbon clearance activity in vivo, augmentation of responsiveness of splenocytes to mitogens such as concanavalin A and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and production of ceruloplasmin. When (1----3)-beta-D-glucanase was injected 1 d after GRN administration, IL-1 productivity and responsiveness to LPS were significantly reduced, but lysosomal enzyme activity and phagocytosis of macrophage and production of ceruloplasmin were similar to those not treated with glucanase. These facts indicate that the induction of the activities of the former group requires longer contact of host cells with the glucan, and the latter group requires a shorter period to achieve fully active stages.

The Hebrew shttah is probably a contraction of Shinttah, and thus identical with the Egyptian shent; the Coptic shonte, thorn; the Arabic sunt. Hence the Greek name akantha, thorn, the Latin, acanthus for the Egyptian acacia. Acacia wood is designated, "incorruptible wood", in the Septuagint, and lignum setim, "setim-wood" in the Vulgate. The Biblical Acacia belongs to the genus Mimosa, and is no doubt identical with the Acacia seyal (Del.) or the Acacia tortilis (Hayne); both are called seyyal, or torrent trees, sayl meaning torrent. They grow in the desert wadis, or torrent valleys, of Sinai. The wood is light, hard, and durable, and grows almost as black as ebony with age. The ark of the covenant, the table of the loaves of proposition, the altar of holocausts, the altar of incense, the wooden parts of the tabernacle, were made of setim-wood (Ex. xxv, 5). (See PLANTS OF THE BIBLE.) ACACIA Acacia wood is mentioned only in connection with the tabernacle (Exodus chapters 37 and 38). The following items were made of acacia wood: the ark and its poles, the table of showbread and its poles, the brazen altar and its poles, and the incense altar and its poles, all the poles for the hanging of the curtains as well as the supports [boards]. In short, all the structural features of the tabernacle were constructed of acacia wood. The genus Acacia includes more than one hundred species of trees and shrubs which are found mainly in the arid and semiarid regions of Africa where they are ecologically the most important plants. Here the acacia trees are often the only plants on an otherwise bleak and monotonous terrain. Several species of acacia grow in the Sinai but not all would be suitable for use in construction. One of the most common is Acacia raddiana and it seems likely that this could be the acacia referred to in the Scriptures. These trees are conspicuous in the desert with their often slanted, flat tops. The leaves are very small, an adaptation which helps the plant conserve water. In times of water stress, the tree can drop its leaves entirely. The flowers are white and borne in dense head-like clusters. The shape of the fruit varies in different species but in Acacia raddiana is a coiled pod-like structure which contains several very hard seeds. Because of the slow growth of the tree, the wood is hard and dense. The heartwood is dark red-brown and attractive when polished. This wood is resistant to decay because the tree deposits in the heartwood many waste substances which are preservatives and render the wood unpalatable to insects making the wood dense and difficult to be penetrated by water and other decay agents. Recent research on the weight of the wood used in the tabernacle system shows that solid boards would be extremely heavy. Therefore, it has been postulated that narrow pole-like structures were used (Zevit, Z. 1992. Timber for the tabernacle: Text, tradition, and realia. Eretz Israel 23: 136-143.) I have not seen large specimens of these trees in the Middle East. Perhaps such trees were present at the time of the wanderers in Sinai. It is interesting to note that one of the freewill offerings which the children of Israel could bring for the tabernacle was acacia wood (Exodus 35:24). Those presenting an offering of silver or bronze brought it as an offering to the Lord, and everyone who had acacia wood for any part of the work brought it. Talh or Talha Acacia raddiana Savi: Is typical of the cooler highlands. It is Foliage is composed of round, large leaves and spines, but unlike the other Acacia, the pods are curved, not spiral. The common Acacia trees absorb considerable amounts of water through their efficient root system. They provide an attractive habit, which many organisms, plant and animal use. The Talh is assosiated with right hand spin according to the Qu'ran. The main psychoactive component are the DMT( N, N-DIMETHYITRPTAMINE ) and the 5-methoxy- DMT. These components are present in other trees, vines, shrubs and mushrooms. This compound cluster exhibits a two-ring " open-chained " Indolic chemical structure. Short acting tryptamines are closely related to rearotreusmitters ( such as bufotenine), to MDA ( a major botanical source of the Pea family ), to tryptophan ( an essential amino acid produced in human digestion of proteins ) and to psilocybin and psilocin ( which as tryptamines of longer duration ). DMT, the simplest member, occurs normally in the blood, brain (in higher concentrations) and in the cerebrospinal fluid. DMT,DET (N, N-diethyltryptamine) and DPT (N, N-dipropyltryptamine) are the compounds in this cluster that have been manufactured and distributed most over the last fifteen years. In 1909, the German anthropologist Theodor Koch-Grunberg described another psychoactive snuff, prepared from a tree bark and inhaled during ritualistic cures by the Yekwanas at the headwaters of the Orinoco. This is a magical snuff, exclusively used by witch doctors and prepared from the bark of a certain tree which, when pounded up, is boiled in a small earthenware pot, until all the water has evaporated and a sediment remains at the bottom of the pot. This sediment is toasted in the pot over a slight fire and is then finely powdered with the blade of a knife. Then the sorcerer blows a little of the powder through a reed . . . into the air. Next, he snuffs, whils with the same reed, he absorbs the powder into each nostril successively. The hakudufha obviously has a strongly stimulating effect, for immediately the witch doctor begins singing and yelling wildly, all the while pitching the upper part of his body backwards and forwards. Schultes and Hofmann write in their Plants of the Gods that Virola snuff " is used among many Indian groups in Amazonian Columbia and Venezuela, the Rio Negro, and other areas of the western Amazon of Brazil. The southernmost locality of its known use is among the Puamare' Indians of the Rio Peru's in the southwestern Amazon of Brazil. " In Columbia, use is usually restricted to shamans, who employ this snuff " ritualistically for diagnosis and treatment of disease, prophecy, divination, and other magicoreligious purposes. "Chemistry: Tryptamine constituents the Psychedelic : The active principles are undolic alkaloids, and open-chained tryptamines. The open-ring group includes DMT and 5-methoxy-DMT, as well as bufotenine ( which appears to be non-psychoactive ). DMT predominates in some species but in other species the greatest psychic contribution comes from the very short acting 5-methoxy-DMT,other species contains small quantities of 6-methoxy-DMT and monoethyltryptamine. Here is a chemical family portrait of the major short-acting Eryplamines. * Taken From Psychedelics Encyclopedia by Peter Stafford THIS WAS QUITE A WHILE BEFORE A LATTER FELLOW TAMPERED WITH THE WATER AT THE WEDDING WITH THE PLANTS FROM THE WADI!
