| 25th September 2004, Saturday Was supposed to go back to CCHB for some mooncake festival thingy, but ended up watching the last episode of my fav show. haha.. anyway sin xiang went back and when i asked if it was fun.. he told me he was counting the ants and the grasses. hahaha.. Anyway, i found Sylvester's pictures on someone's blog! Im gonna put them on mine too! hahaha!! Lalala~~ =P Awww... look at that smile.. it melts my heart.. Think i'm gonna blow up the rest of his pics too! Hiek hiek hiek! Dont you just love him? I got some info (some were more like from what i derived) on Sylvester! I know none of you guys reading this are interested in knowing anyway. This is my blog, my say.. BLEAH. i put what i want! wahaha!! He's from a well-to-do family... stays in a condo/house at Lakeside.. lead vocalist of a local chinese rock band.. +.+.+ SYLVESTER KEEP ON ROCKIN' +.+.+ yeah i know, he wont get to see my blog anyway. sobz! =( hmm.. i'm also beginning to suspect that i've found the real Sylvester friendster account. Cos i found it in david de cruz's network. (cant be david de cruz has the fake one right? they're friends!) If that's the real Sylvester.. my friend's sister knew him.. gotta investigate further.. wahaha..Anyway i saw david de cruz's pictures.. wahaha.. kinda funny.. he's hugging this girl, guess it's his gf. Also saw Daphne Khoo and David Yeo's a/c. Sylvester and Daphne set their a/c to private, so cant search for them directly.. have to go thru david de cruz.. David Yeo's a/c was funny.. a pic of him holding a hammie.. cute! Alright.. will update next time! 24th September 2004, Friday 11.50pm: Just came back from Orchard with Chelle. I guess it was a crazy outing.. haha! She had to check out some competitors for her project and we had to go to this posh spa at Raffles. So chelle had to play the role of a filial daughter, pretending to help her mum to enquire some stuffs. haha.. we also went to another spa, where she repeated the same role again. We had Jap food for dinner at Cathay. It's been a long time since we went out with this 'carefree' feeling. We used to do this in year 1. We loved going to 7-Eleven and drown our sorrows and happiness in e33. haha.. those were the days. Guess life has been hectic for us. Glad that we could relive those moments.. haha.. Along our way to Far East, we saw this man with gold painted over his body. He wore nothing but trunks. Doing like those.. 'appreciative arts'.. haha.. i guess it's a common sight in orchard. He was dancin to some funny music. We also popped into the condom shop. And i saw vibrators for the first time. Not sure if im super swakoo.. hahaha.. they 'graded' the vibrators accordin to sizes i think.. 'Super Slim' looks big to me.. yikes!!! how come something that thick/big be called super slim? double yikes! Imagine the normal size.. triple yikes and numerous ouches! We were kinda amazed with the variety of condoms and novelty stuffs they carry. I found the dancing breasts to be kinda cute.. wahaha.. Thought of getting a skirt but cant find a suitable one. Blame it on my super duper thighs.. sigh! Chelle and I were having our slurpee outside Haagen Daz at Mariott and I saw Denise Keller!! golly shit!! she's so gorgeous!! Her slim waist, her poise... now i can understand why she's hot.. Definitely deserving to appear in this month's FHM. Juicy news of the day.. Ying's bf's friend is Christopher Michael Lee!! argh!! aint that cool!! I can get through her bf.. to get through Chrisypoo.. to SYLVESTER SIM!!! a bit bad right? make use of Chrisypoo to get to Sylvester? ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!!! WHY WHY!!! why dont i know of anyone who knows Sylvester personally?? I chance upon someone's blog and this person is so closely related to Sylvester!! Why!!!! HMMPH!!! if i can see Denise Keller, i dont believe that I cant bump or see Sylvester in this puny little island call Singapore. 1.40am: Right.. i should be snoring away right now. But i was putting up Sylvester Sim's pic.. see above.. nice? Wahaha!! i'm pretty proud of myself! My mind's all about Sylvester!! aghhhhh!!! I was at the Singapore Idol website.. and i kept repeating his video where he sang Firehouse's 'When I Looked Into Your Eyes'.. eveytime i watched and listened to that.. i find myself slipping away.. into a dreamy mode.. it's so memerizing.. i think i'm hooked with Sylvester.. Anyone knows Sylvester personally??? or your friend's friend's etc?? Please tell me!! I so wanna meet him!!!!!!!!!!!!! 23th September 2004, Thursday I'm back finally. Been pretty busy nowadays.. so relieved that tests was over. But there's still EA report to go and my BD presentation is in 2 weeks time. I need more fuel.. Chelle and I wanted to chill after our test today, thinking of going to Music Underground for ladies night. But we decided against it.. we felt it's still not the time to slack.. We will chiong on the 15th Oct.. By then, we will be done with all projects. haha! Watched the 'Unsung Heros'. I must admit, it suxs. hahaha.. i wasnt paying much attention to it. I just cant wait for the competition to start again. Cant wait to see Sylvester Sim. Anyone saw the ad for Singapore Idol? All the 12 contestants morphed into one another.. just like Michael Jackson's 'Black & White' video. The ad was cool! especially when Sylvester appeared with such coolness and cheekiness! Just loved it when he smiles! He's HOT! Did i mention that my home's bathrooms was under renovation? I was bathing at my aunt's place everyday. Was thinking i've gotten used to it! I hope it's over and done with soon! Yesterday while i was about to enter the lift up to my aunt's place, i saw this couple entering another lift. They were pretty 'sticky' or should i say 'Huggies'... I heard the girl saying.. 'Let's go to the roof'... Wahahaha... I was tempted to follow them.. The lift i was in was the newer one, obviously it was faster. My lift overtook theirs and through the little window of my lift, I couldnt see them. I bet they were leaning against the lift doing their thing. I swear that they were still inside cos the lift i was in goes to every floor, while theirs was 1,6,11. My lift reached 6 first.. so i knew.. I decided my bathe was more important. Hahaha.. 19th September 2004, Sunday Jus came back from my cousin's place. Feel kinda sleepy... zzz.. On saturday, i had to wake up at 5.45am for school! Shit right? i barely had enough sleep on Friday night. I saw Kwang Seng in the mrt sleeping opposite me. He didnt notice me. I wonder if that's a blessing. Anyway he grew taller. Was out at Orchard with my 1st aunt after school. Bought lotsa stuffs for her office and lunch at aijisen. After that, went to spend the weekend at my cousin's place. We were lazing and watching tv together. Both cousins were jumping around madly and playing their little game of 'explode'. have completely no idea what's that but they seem happy though, despite the countless scoldings from my 2nd aunt and the hard knocks on their head when they fell. Today, woke up at 7.30! argh... they wanna go out for breakfast at Adam's road for the famous nasi lemak. We dropped off my older cousin for class first. After breakfast, went to fetch him and we headed for ikea. Basically, whole day was with my aunts and cousins. Playing with and scolding them.. dragged both of them apart when they fight. But they are always so cute to me... hehe.. My first aunt and i took a cab home from my cousin's place. this cab SH 4278 Y.. he's so polite! He got off the cab to help carry our stuffs to the boot. Once in the cab, he asked if we've waited long for a cab and even greeted us 'Good evening'. This is the first considerate cab driver i've ever seen. Some of the funny/ cute stuffs: Little cousin singing in the car: 'Twinkle twinkle little star, how i want you in the sky..' Here's my fav: Elder cousin: Mum, i'm hungry... Aunt:ok.. you can lick my hand.. Elder cousin: nooooo..... I want food.. Aunt: *give her foot* You can have it. Wahaha.. 16 September 2004, Thursday I'm feeling super 'high' now. Sylvester Sim got into the top 12 of Singapore Idol! and i voted twice for him! He's so cute when he smile! arghhhhh!!! I'm crazy over him! his performance was wowee to me! His husky voice.. the rocker bad boy image.. his smile... when it was left him together with Nana and Beverly.. in my heart i was screaming.. *SYLVESTER! SYLVESTER! SYLVESTER! SYLVESTER! SYLVESTER! SYLVESTER!* Gurmit: SYLVESTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I jwas jumping for joy and screaming madly... 'ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' I was freaking happy! oh man! I felt great! Anyway do u guys know Sylvester is a vocalist from a local band? cool ya!! click here to visit his band's site! ---------------------------------------------------- I spent almost the whole of last night editing my project report. The grammar and language structure just sux to the core. The editing took up so much of my time and i dont have time to study for my test today. By the time i was dead beat. Back at school, Pig printed out the report. She edited my 'finalised edited report' and put her whatsoever marketing terms. The f***king bitch always think she's right when she's not. We always have to use the tutor to shut her gap up. Lynn and I were supposed to do the editing.. what for she do double work and edit again? In the end, she wasted our effort! Where were you when God was giving out brains? oh.. you're pissed cos i insulted you? here's another one for you.. I would like to pick your brain, but i dont have tweezers that small. Buzz off. No pigs allowed. ----------------------------------------------------- Here's a short recap on the days i've miss out: 15th September 2004, Wednesday: Accompanied Wilson to work. Rushing report till late. Fell asleep shortly after taking my notes to study for test. 14 September 2004, Tuesday: Cant remember much of the events, but i recall dozing off in a talk. The music that's playing in my ears didnt seem to help. The speaker looked like Mashi Maro. 13 September 2004, Monday: Cant adjust my biological clock. Was so tired and sleepy in school. I wish the break was longer so i can work on my tan. 12 September 2004, Sunday: Went to min's place around 12+. Only started tanning at 2 due to threatening skies. Her hamster was have difficulty in delivering baby twins. There's 2 butts sticking out the mother's ass. It looked kinda disgusting. Tan till evening but to no avail. Watch crayon shinchan @ her place but dozed off. PSC was nothing special. Left her place after PSC. 11 September 2004, Saturday Seemed to be a great day for tanning, that's what i've been wanting to do. i'm as pale as Casper. By the time i decided to pop by min's place, it was getting late.. no point for sun tanning. I was preparing to leave for her place when she called me, saying the sun came back again.. so we (me, min, michael) decided to swim and sun tan at the last minute. But i got no tan, it was just the evening sun. Plus we were in the pool for only an hour before we prepared ourselves to meet Jo at Bedok. We promised to go church with him. We were supposed to take the shuttle to church but we missed the last bus. We had to take a cab all the way to Jurong. Anyone managed to figure out which church we're going? No prizes for the correct answer. It's like duh.. The church looked like a concert threatre. The place was so packed and i got to queue up for like 10 mins for the toilet. Piss me off like hell.. grrrrrr.. The people were sooooooo friendly and i was like -_-* Overfriendly people esp from churches (sorry to say that) was freaky. My first visit and they were like wanting to get my number. The reason is simple, they wanna see me back at church. I refused to give my number cos inside me, i knew that this would be my first and last visit. But, my refusal need to be done nicely right? So i said that they could get from Jo. But i've already inform Jo that i dont want anyone to have my number and he promised to tell them if they got persistent. But it seems like one person misunderstood what i said and told Jo that i gave her permission to get my number from him. Jo thought i was fine with it and went along in giving my number. That girl was AL's friend, of all people. She better not call me. The reason why im there today was to have a look and mainly cos i promised Jo. Strictly nothing else. I'm in no mentality of turning Christian when i set foot there. But seems like the people there were keen of converting me to one. Church service started with singing. i cant deny that the songs were good. Everyone seemed as though they were so 'high'. Not from alcohol, smokes or drugs, but from attending a service. The scenario is simple. Imagine a huge crowd attending Linkin Park's concert and they were jumping and singing their hearts out. But this showed how much they worshipped and love God. I felt so damm awkward and out of place. I could be the only one in the hall not jumping. Tomorrow in the President's Star Charity (PSC) and Sun Ho's (SH) gonna perform. The church specially did a short video clip of an interview with her. When that ended, the speaker asked everyone to support PSC. (Or maybe SH?) They also showed SH's new 'whatever that is'. Seems like stamps to me. Said it costs $10 and could be purchased at the bookstore in the church. Proceeds will go to charity. (and maybe promote SH? i dunno!) But the people were supportive of her. Whenever her name is mentioned, they will cheer. They just loved her. SH's hubby was the pastor. He gave the sermon. I must admit i enjoyed listening to him. He's a good speaker and his jokes were hilarious. Whenever he said something, the people at the front row will punch their fists into the air and shout 'Yes!' to agree with what he said. Hmm.. how am i gonna explain this? It's about the Holy Spirit. When the pastor prays for you and touch your forehead, you will feel the force of the Holy Spirit on you when you have complete faith and when you've opened yourself to God. Something like that.. So when the pastor touched your forehead, you will fall to the floor. Some might even cry cos they felt that and were touched with God's love. Something like that.. So there's this part where they invite people to go near the stage for this. Jo was like pushing me so hard to go down and i was like what?!?! I didnt quite like that cos firstly i'm not a christian and i'm jus there to have a look-see. Cant blame him.. he was very 'high'. *What i've mentioned about the church related stuffs are purely my own view. People are advised not to get offended.* After services (lasted for nearly 3hrs), we went for supper at Glutton Street. We order satay, fried oyster, fishball soup, squid, lala, ice ball, cheng teng.. quite alot of food for 4 mouths eh? reached home around near 3. A pretty eventful day. Dont mind doing it again. (except for the church part) no offence ya? 10 September 2004, Friday Hang out at Orchard with Wilson in the evening. Guess it was a pretty happening day! There's loads of people everywhere. Went to Far East and almost every shop was selling Von Dutch. It's like so hot now and everyone is carrying or wearing that brand. From what i heard from Ter, an original Von Dutch cap costs around 55 pounds! it will be like over a 100 bucks here. Even a cap costs that much, den what about a bowling bag or shirt? needless to say, it should cost more ya? So is everyone holding on to the brand here is rich and could afford Von Dutch? Judging by the gigantic loads of people carrying Von Dutch, i can only say it's imitation. Ya, some people may think that's not true and it could be genuine. Like.. there's lotsa people wearing Nike limited edition shoes too. But unlike Von Dutch, Nike is so highly reputable esp for their limited editions. No one will buy if there's a imitation for Nike. Von Dutch is just a brand that pop up of nowhere in Singapore. You dont see Nike limited edition selling in a shop with chapalang things. I saw Von Dutch in these shops. I was surprised to see 77th street selling Von Dutch caps for $29.90. But, i went to the official Von Dutch site, their caps were around USD$65. You can check it out at their site by clicking here. In other words, most of them sold in Singapore are imitations. hmmm... But i guess it's smart if the manufacturers to come up with these. Wilson bought a tray of eggs (one tray 10 eggs) for $5.20 from Cold Storage! Expensive ya? We were looking for food to eat at Taka food court and this guy paid $5/6 for a plate of almost eggless fried oyster. I could get the same portion for only $3 at Bedok hawker. What's fried oyster without eggs? Most importantly, what's become of us without eggs? Imagine our fried hokkien mee, char kway teow, fried oyster etc all without eggs! booo hoooooo.. i miss eating eggs.. Blame it on bird flu! We went to the mid autumn festival fair. I was happily trying the mooncake samples and popping them into Wilson's mouth. Haha.. Ya, i'm the thick skinned one.. Some of the stalls were so generous cos their samples were cut into big portions. Wahaha.. Wanted to try the famous durian mooncakes from Four Seasons but it was too crowded at the stall.. sad right? Oh ya! there's this new mooncake.. if im not wrong, it's like a dessert. comes with lotsa flavours, shapes and designs. i think it's expensive. We chanced upon a lion dance competition at ngee ann city's civic plaza. initially, we heard the sound of drums and gongs so we kaypo kaypo went to take a look. We stayed there for a pretty long time watching the competition. Some were good, but some were not good enough. One of the 'lions' fell down from the high beams. The whole place went 'Arghhhh, 'Ohhhhhhhhhh..' Ok, let me do a short adveristment for 7-eleven: 3 bottles of Ice Moutain mineral water for $1! Cheap! By the time i reach home, it was already 11 plus and to my dismay, there's no dinner left for me! boooooo.. and im hungry! Wilson, upon hearing my 'sad' news bought food for me. So nice right? hehe.. bad thing is.. i have to go down all the way to the hawker to collect it. He dont wanna miss his last bus home. Lucky i did that. He was just in time for the bus. What a good day today is! 9th September 2004, Thursday Last night, min and i were putting our brains together to come up with a cool user ID for her. The user ID should start with Sh3r_min, den followed by another word. Here are some that we thought of. The funny ones: If min loves mini coopers: sh3r_minicoopers If min loves mince meat: sh3r_mincemeat If min loves bak chor mee: sh3r_minceporknoodles If min loves playing minesweeper: sh3r_minesweeper If min loves Indonesia: sh3r_mINDO The cool ones: sh3r_minelitism sh3r_minova sh3r_minsomnia sh3r_mINC The 'sexy' ones: sh3r_minudist sh3r_minipples WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! there's lots more, but here are the ones that i've remembered! ciao! 8th September 2004, Wednesday Booooooooooo........... my legs are aching.. it's excruciating.. Went cycling with Min in the evening at East Coast Park. Started cycling @ 7 and ended @ 9pm. We planned to cycle to Bedok South and that's pretty far. heh heh.. cool eh? 2 messy hair girls with ponytails cycling along the roads! =P We're supposed to use the underpass to bedok south. But, there's no usual slope like those at the underpass near Parkway! We have no idea how to get our bikes down the stairs. like machiam the government wanna save money so they made a 2-in-1 stairs and slope side by side. The way to go down is that we have to place the bike on the slope while walking down the stairs. Trust me, it's not that easy as you pple think. We, being typical girls, funnily (or stupidly) tried means and ways to get the bike down. *Huff and puff* We had to carry the bike one by one cos we are weaklings. *huff and puff* Min held the front while i held the back. we *Huff and Puff* and blow the house down! nah! we managed to get the first bike down. Yeah! Jia lat.. one more bike to go. As we were trying to get the last bike down, a half naked jogger with a good body to boot offered to help us (maybe he cant stand us laughing and screaming). Good thing is, he doesnt reak of a body odour from all the running. Bad thing is, he didnt help us get up the stairs at the other side. haha.. by the time we pushed both bikes up, we were perspiring like mad. We burnt lotsa calories. Double Yeah yeah! Oh yeah, while we were cycling at East Coast, i sorta lost my balance for a moment. This a**hole guy asked: I'm an A**hole: Xiao Jie, ni yao qu na li.. Me: Duh, wo qu cycling la! ok.. lame.. We cycled passed Bayshore and the terrace houses. Scary thing is, we were at the road! arghhhh.. i was freaked out, my first time cycling on the road! But hey, to think back, IT IS STILL cool. haha.. I cycled on uneven pavements. Up and down, my butt hurts. Thank goodness there's such thing call a suspension bike. We slacked at a kopitiam at bedok south. Min went to see something and i was left alone. The ah pek who sold drinks walked passed and said: I'm a lonely ah pek, fed up from selling drinks and i wanna chat with young girls: *refering to my ice tea* hao he hor! Sarcastic Me: HAHAHAHAHA... ok.. double lame. Anyway the drink was bitter. Pui pui! On our way back to East coast, Min managed to get her bike down at the underpass. Behind me, there's 2 non-perverted ah pek with bikes too.. so i let them go down first. I was struggling to get my bike down and 1 of them offered to help. So nice. Good thing is, they waited for us at the other exit and see if we could get our bikes up. After seeing us so xin ku, they helped us. So so nice.. Me: *Dragged min together and pray* Dear Mr non-perverted Ah peks, thank you so much for everything. Without your kindness, we would probably be squashed when the bikes fell on us. Here i shall wish you good health and longevity. We cycled to Bedok Jetty and we met the 2 ah peks with their friends. They were fishing. We recognised each other and we greeted/smile at them. Their friends teased them, saying we're their gfs. haha.. funny pple. Bedok Jetty was magical. There were so many stars.. We went to returned our bikes and went to the amusement park. We went on the 'sky monocycle ride'. it was pretty lame and funny i guess. We paid like $3 to 'cycle' this 'car' high up from the ground. The safety belt was spoilt so we couldnt use it. As we left the platform, we were in mid-air. I was like freaking out! arghhh.. I was so tensed. I felt as though the 'car' was so flimsy it's gonna fall! I felt as though most of the weight was from me and it's slanted to the left! arghhh!!! Even the pics we took with min's camera phone showed my ugly tensed up face. haha.. it was fun though. We got hungry, wanted to hang out at McCafe, but ended up walking all the way to Parkway. Suay suay, all the stalls were closed and we had malay food out of no choice. geezz.. Went to Classic pool to look for Michael. Hang out with them for a while. There were some pretty good looking guys. The indian guys were like Singapore Idol's David de Cruz type.. but not as drool worthy as him. hahaha.. managed to struggle home with my aching, painful, tired legs. i had the black oil stains on both legs. I tried to rub it off while bathing but to avail. I squatted on the toliet floor but my legs proved to be too aching.. so i took a pail, overturned it and sat on it while rubbing off the stain. hahaha.. Even as im doing this entry, my legs are aching. i felt as though a gazillion tiny ants were using their little hammers and hammering on my legs. Let's hold our hands together and pray for me and min that our legs will feel better tomorrow. 6th September 2004, Monday Went back to school for SP experience where we got 2 cca points by bringing noisy and irritating secondary students (for my case) around the school. Supposed to meet Ter at 11.30am at the usual pick up place. I thought i was late so i smsed to inform him. Usually he will reply my sms, but this time he didnt, but that didnt bother me that much. i waited like till 11.40 and still no sight of him and i called him. That pig was still in piggyland! he was SLEEPING. so i had to wait for him at the bus stop, wearing the polo tee that made me feel so hot under that scorching sun. I waited an additional 30 mins for him. Michelle was luckier, she could wait at home. Terence, you owe me 30 mins of your life. And still counting if you continue this. haha.. We were punctual for the programme, but we ended up waiting for like an hour or so for the kids to come. Boring hell~ Finally they came.. we were like.. oh gosh, they are so young, year 1989? oh gosh.. all so goondu.. oh gosh.. she looked so b**chy etc etc. While they were having the talk, I was walking in and out ever so quietly like only twice. First, to ans the call of nature, 2nd to take something to pass to Wilson. And that wong mei shan or whatsoever her name is, asked me not to go in and out cos i will distract the kids. Oh Puhlezz.. *roll my eyes* The kids were already distacted cos you all only gave them cheapskate pens. Finally everything was over! Guess what, today's the day where we're gonna explore geylang! Long awaited day for me cos i'm the only one among them not to be there even once! hhmph.. anyway, chelle, ter and i have to wait for TH to knock off from his work before we could go there. So we had lots of time to kill. We went to Marine Parade hawker for dinner and went back to Ter's place. He breeds mosquitos in his room. got a couple of bits.. geezz.. he aint doing anything about it although he got bitten. Watched tv, went online.. finally we got bored. went back to Parkway again.. to jalan jalan.. grab a bite and went to play pool. thought we could played for an hour cos we have so much time to waste.. after only one game, TH called and said he ended early. sigh.. we only played one game and had to pay for one hour rate. anyway, ter paid for it. haha.. Went to fetch TH at Aljunied. Yeah! we're gonna eat you tiao with soya bean or whatever just opposite the red light district. Suay suay, it's surprisingly crowded for a monday. Even the alleys were flocked with men. chelle said all the men had monday blues so went there to have fun. haha.. we had no choice but to go Lavendar for makan. After eating, we went back to geylang. First alley, 2nd alley.. hey!! where have all the pple gone to? the streets were empty. golly shit! 3rd alley.. one bunch of perverted men, chinese, ah bu neh neh etc were crowding outside this brothel. As our car was driving nearer, this police van was squeezed with all the chicks. damm.. what a wrong day for a police raid. I didnt get to see the chicks. yes, i'm disappointed. So ter had another idea, we decided to visit the ah guas at changi village. Along the ecp, we stopped by.. tadah.. 'The last carpark' at east coast park. hehe. ter said it was a famous spot for couples to have fun in their car. He and his guy friends will usually drive there in like 3 cars and shine the lights at the couples. sounds fun eh? Ter: dont leave me out on these fun. hehe.. we reached the carpark. it was secluded and pitch dark.. not even a single street light. and here's the juicy part.. there were a couple of cars (dont they have to work the next day?) we looked out for cars with misty windows. Ter said when the engine's off and the couple had their fun, it will create mist on the windows (due to some scientific reasons). We saw this car which was super misty.. we got excited. Unlucky me, i was looking at another direction.. and TH and chelle saw an agressive movement of someone taking out his/her clothes. i missed it. damm it. nevertheless, we had a good laugh. Changi V was pretty boring i guess. only saw 3 -4 ah guas. We drove to this place where pple went to see the planes set off. Saw this car there and thought i saw some kissing. hehe.. i guess so too.. cos the girl turned to look at us and they stopped. but soon, i guess they decided to ignore us and went on. well, this is a very long entry. I will end with some lame stuffs i said during our night out. ---------------------------- On chelle saying that there's lotsa men seeking fun on a monday night cos of monday blues: Me: hey you know why they have monday blues? cos they ate the little blue pill so they have monday blues, get it? The others: .................. On the police raid: Me: I know there's chicken flu now.. but cant they let these 'chickens' off too? The others: Hahaha... On the road near Changi Airport where we see planes setting off: Me: Just now we cant see the 'ji' at Geylang.. den now we can only see 'fei ji'.. The others: Hahaha.. On why we cant see the chickens at geylang: Me: Know why we cant see the 'ji' at Geylang? cos they are 'fei ji'.. (chicken that flew away) The others: ..................................................... On me accidentally dropping my earrings on the front seat of Ter's car: Ter: eh, what are you doing? Me: I've dropped my earrings, trying to find them... Ter: relax lah.. Me: cannot.. later you know, like the typical drama shows.. your wife will find a pair of earrings in your car and accused you of having an affair.. Ter: Hahaha... That's all pple! yeah, i know. it's a long entry. so beat it. 3rd September 2004, Friday FO lecture was fun and unforgettable. Where in the world would you find a lecturer/ head of financial trading/ vice president of Singapore Investors Assocation to sing during lecture? That's our Chris Cheong, pple! haha.. Yup, he made us laughed and cheered like mad with his spontanous singing. Kudos for him! I liked him so much more. Anyway, he's my saviour.. for he was the one who helped me get transferred to 08 when the director rejected my application. Went straight home after school so that I could rest and changed to meet Min and the rest. We visited Joseph at his place. His mum was so nice! She cooked bee hoon and curry chicken for us and even bought high grade durians for us! Yummy! Left around 10 plus and we thought we saw this malay guy selling drugs under one of the void deck. Oopssiee.. see no evil.. 2nd September 2004, Thursday Met Wilson after school. Despite him having a test tomorrow, we went out. He wanted to get clothes so we checked out Adidas at Bugis and CityLink. I was having the mashed potato from 7-eleven when i went inside Adidas at Citylink. I checked that there was no 'No food and drinks allowed' sign. When Wilson was in the changing room, this lady said: Lady: *sincerely* Sorry, but we dont allow food and drinks here... Me: Yah, but i dont see any signs saying that i cant. Lady: *apologetic* Yes, but... Yup, that's me. I loved being the role where the customers are always right. haha! Anyway I covered the mashed potato and pretended as though nothing happened. They should thanked their lucky stars that i gave them 'face' as Adidas at CityLink happened to be my favorite Adidas store. haha.. Wilson and I went to check out the newly opened Giant at Bedok. I hate it. It's crampy, ceilings were pretty low and the lights were so yellow. But their things were pretty cheap. Bad thing is we wanted to buy cuttlefish and they do not sell it. What kind of supermarket was that anyway. In the end, we went to NTUC. It's still the best and we bought so many stuffs. They have lots of cuttlefish for us to choose and it's only less than $2! Singapore Idol was better than last week, competitors were all good. My 3 guesses got into the top 3. Mediacorp should get me to be one of the judges. Chrisypoo is such a cutie yeah? 1st September 2004, Wednesday Trading was exhausting and my throat was sore from all the shouting. Glad that i still made a profit. Wilson didnt have school today, but he went back to school to do his revision. He reached school when i ended mine and i met him at Dover cos he had something to pass to me. Since when i have Teachers' Day present.. hehe.. the moment he passed me the bag, i took a peek and saw a container. Immediately i knew that he cooked cuttlefish for me. Haha.. so so nice of him.. =) =P => :) :P :> XOXOXOXOXO my guess was confirmed when i opened the container in terence's car. Ter was supposed to meet his mum but in the end it was cancelled. Guess it was wrong of us to go home together cos we ended being so bo liao and went around Frankle Rd/Ave/Close/Terrence etc to see where LBC stay. Base on the little info i have, it was hard to guess which one was it. The residents there would probably notice a car with two idiotic pple inside driving around. Haha.. we left when we got damm restless.. By the way.. Happy Birthday Jaclyn! |

| 29th September 2004, Wednesday hiek hiek hiek.. Ying Ying passed me her Lime Mag and i can keep it! Thanx so much Ying! Wahaha.. I got the SI poster.. lalala~ Lime's having a birthday bash at Cathay 9 Oct.. The singapore idols will be there!!! A chance to see Sylvester!! Wooo hooo!! but.. i'm kinda skeptical to go... firstly its gonna be super pack.. secondly, who to go with? None of my friends are Sylvester freaks.. least to say, not even SI freaks.. wahaha.. I'm just addicted to Singapore Idol. Chelle was telling me she went to see MayDay with the forum members. she got to meet new friends... in Sylvester's forum, there were talks on going to the bash together.. but goin with pple from the forum.. maybe sorta wierd? though all of us are super crazy over him.. will it be fun? but it will sure be wierd though i know some of them.. haha.. well, i'll just see.. Found out that the lastest issue of 8 Days feature the Singapore Idols again! Yippee.. Will check if my aunt has bought it.. den i will take it.. wahaha!! i'm bad.. Whatever la.. hahaha.. 28th September 2004, Tuesday Finally, i'm done with NAFA for the rest of my life! NAFA was never compulsory for girls anyway, but we took it so that our cert will look nicer. 'Participated ' is definitely better than 'Absent'. It's kinda different from sec school.. once you fail a station despite 2 tries.. you will fail the overall even if you pass the rest with excellent results. We knew we cant make it for 2.4km anyway. Here's my results and the injury i sustain from each station.. 1st station: Sit ups To pass: >22 Results: 16 (Fail) Chelle and I spent 30 secs doing sit ups and the remaining 30 secs lying on the mat and laughing away.. Injury: A strained left shoulder 2nd station: Sit & reach To pass: >22 i think Results: 34? 35? (Pass!) Injury: A strained neck 3rd station: Standing board jump (I hate this!) To pass: >1.56m Results: 1.46m (Fail) I see no point in jumping to test your physical ability. Skipping would be better. Haha! Injury: A strained left thigh 4th station: Shuttle run To pass: <12.1 secs Results: 11.45 secs (Pass! surprisingly..) Timing was 12.4 i think but the ah bu neh gave me 11.45. He explained something to me regardin abt the timing. Who cares~ i passed! Injury: A strained right thigh 5th station: Inclined pull up To pass: >2 Results: 0 (Fail miserably) The person gave me 1 in the end, to make the record sheet looked nicer. anyway, still fail la.. Injury: Halleluya! None! 6th station: 2.4KM run To pass: Cant be bothered to check Results: self disqulified What for run.. i've got my 'Participated' already. awhahaha.. Ciao! |
