♥ All members must behave proper and not use rude language. All content posted on the forum must be proper. If members do the wrong thing they will be warned.

♥ To become a member of Dynasty Sim you must be 14yrs or older. Please do not send in an application if you are younger than 14. Your application will be denied.

♥ If you have sent in an application to join Dynasty Sim you must wait to see if you've been accepted before posting on the forum. If you post on the forum before recieving an acceptance email your account will be deleted.

♥ Dynasty Sim does require that it's members try and stay active. Now we all do get busy and real life always comes first, so if your going to be away or need time away let us know.

♥ All members a permitted one account. If you are caught playing more than one account you will be banned. There are ways to find out who is playing more than one account. So please be fair and only have one.

♥ When posting on the forum members must use proper spelling and gramar. This is to just keep things looking neater. It looks horrible when you see r, u, and things like waz.

♥ All members sites that are connected to Dynasty Sim (Stables, Associations, etc) must stat on each page that it's all apart of a sim game. This is to stop people thinking your website is for a real stable/association etc.

♥ Dynasty Sim encourages all it's members to ask permission before they use other peoples photos. Dynasty Sim will not be held responsible for the consequences of photos being used without permission.

♥ In Dynasty game time runs on real life time. 1 sim year = 1 real year. This is to make things easier and less confusing.

I wanted to have it so that all members feel equal in Dynasty Sim. So I made it so there is only two member levels, silver level and gold level. All new members start out in Silver Level. The Silver Level is a trail period, so during this time you get to experiance Dynasty Sim. After the trial period is over you will be contacted by a staff member and asked if you would like to advance to Gold Level. If you didn't enjoy playing Dynasty Sim during this trial period, than let us know your leaving. Once members advance to the gold level they than have the ability to do everything. And when staff positions become available they can apply.

Silver Level
♥ All new members start at this level.
♥ You start with $100,000.
♥ You have 5 creation credits.
♥ You must board your horses at an approved boarding stable.
♥ You can't open any associations or business's.
♥ At this level you can't import horses.
♥ You stay on the silver level for three weeks. Once three weeks is up you will be asked if you'd like to move up to silver.

Gold Level
♥ You recieve $200,000 to add to your bank.
♥ You recieve 5 creation credits.
♥ Once a month you get 1 creation credit
♥ You can now open stables/associations or business.
♥ You can import horses into Dynasty.
♥ Now when staff positions become available, you can apply. But please don't hassle me about positions.

Starting Money
♥ All new members start with $100,000. Yes this isn't a large amount of money, so watch how you spend it.
♥ Once you advance to Gold Member you recieve an extra $200,000.
♥ There is differant ways of earning money in Dynasty. You can host shows, open a business, or do tasks for other members.

Keeping Track
♥ All members are expected to keep track of their own money. Everytime you give or recieve money, your expected to record this. ♥ Once a month Dynasty staff will be doing bank checks. Members that fail to keep up to date records will be fined.

Money Checks
♥ Everytime you spend money you need to post a check. Your welcome to use any format of a check you wish. Below is an example your welcome to use.

Stables
♥ Members must be at Gold Level to open a public or private stable.
♥ If you open a public stable, your fees must be acceptable. Another words don't make your prices to high or drastically lower than others.

♥ All websites must stat that it's apart of a sim game.

Associations & Business
♥ Members must be at Gold Level to open an association or business.
♥ To open an association/registry it must exist in real life.
♥ When opening a business be creative, and open something people want.
♥ All websites must look proper to be approved. I understand not everyone knows html, but websites that look like no effort has been put into them will be denied.
♥ All websites must stat that it's apart of a sim game.

♥ To have your sites approved either email me or send me a pm.

Creating Horses/Creation Credits
♥ To create a horse you must have a creation credit.
♥ All breeds are welcome in Dynasty. But they must exist in real life.
♥ You must also send in the appropriate form.
♥ Horses must have realistic stats. Example, colours, height. If you don't not sure ask another member or do some research.
♥ Members can sell their creation credits to other members, for any price they want.

Importing Horses
♥ There is an import fee of $10,000. You must pay this fee when you import the horse.
♥ Horses must exist in another game or all-sim. In the import form you must provide proof of the horse existing somewhere. Example, Registry or the sales page.
♥ When importing horses there previous show record comes into Dynasty. You just have to convert points to ours.
♥ Once a horse is imported into Dynasty it can no longer exist in the previous game. It can only exist in Dynasty Sim.

Exporting Horses
♥ Horses that you created or breed can be exported.
♥ If you brought a horse outside of Dynasty and imported it in, you can export that horse also.
♥ Horses that have been imported into Dynasty with buybacks to another person can't be taken permanatly by the humaine society. If the horse has been taken from it's owner, it will be sent back to it's origonal owner.

Speed Aging
♥ Members can use any aging system they like. But all foals must be 3yrs younger than their sire and 4yrs younger than their dam at all times.
♥ If you've brought a horse from another person, make sure you discuss aging with them. You must use whatever aging system they allow.

Horse Guidelines
♥ For a horse to exist in Dynasty Sim it must be registered with the DHR (Dynasty Horse Registry).
♥ No two horses can have the same name in Dynasty.
♥ Real life horses can't exist in Dynasty, unless you have proof that you own that particular horse.
♥ All horses must meet real life standards. If your unsure about a breed ask another member or do some research.
♥ You can research or create bloodlines for your horses. They just can't have unknown as their lineage.
♥ Horses may compete in a max of 4 disciplines, not including halter.
♥ All horses must see the vet every six months and the farrier every 3 months.
♥ The Humaine Society has the rights to take any horse that isn't being properly taken care of. If you have your horses taken away, you will be given a warning and you'll get your horses back. If the Humaine Society takes the horse away again, you will not get your horse back. The horse will be taken care of and sold to a new home.

Stallions
♥ Stallions must be 3yrs or older to breed.
♥ Stallions must have earnt the Champion (Ch) title before breeding.
♥ Racing stallions must have retired from the track before breeding.

Mares
♥ Mares must be 3yrs or older to breed.
♥ Racing mares must have retired from the track before breeding.
♥ Mares can have one foal each year they're able to breed. Example, you have a 2000 mare, she can have a foal born in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
♥ Mares are pregnant for two weeks. They can't show during their pregnancy.

Foals
♥ Foals must always be 3yrs younger than their sire and 4yrs younger than their dam at all times.
♥ When choosing stats for foals, they must be realistic. Two chestnuts will not produce a buckskin. If your unsure on what colour the foal will be ask another member or use this excellent site || http://www.animalgenetics.us/ccalculator1.asp ||

Disciplines
♥ All disciplines are welcome in Dynasty Sim. But they must exist in real life.
♥ I will be making a list of class lists for all disciplines on the forum. This is so members can host all types of shows. If you have a good class list for a discipline and you'd like it added send me a pm.
♥ When picking a discipline for your horse, be realistic. I don't want to see draft horses competing in barrel racing.

Showing Guidelines
♥ Horses can begin showing under saddle at 3yrs. But nothing to strenuous.
♥ Horses can begin showing over fences at 4yrs old.
♥ Race horses can begin racing at 2yrs.
♥ Race horses can only compete in racing until they retire.
♥ Race horses must retire from racing no later than 10yrs.
♥ Dynasty Sim has a showing point system. Each time you show your horse, they earn points that gets them titles. Once a horse has earnt a title, the titles initials get put behind the horses name. Example, Blue Sky just got her Champion title. So now she's known as Blue Sky CH.
