 Outside at the garden
I don't want anything to do with you, LB. I love Danny and I'm going to stay with him, and I don't need you showing up every time you want at my doorstep. Take this, and leave me alone! LB could hear Ashley's words again and again. He loved her, and to see her together with Danny, hurt him very much. He didn't want his cousin to get hurt of course. Danny told him so much about Ashley and LB knew Danny's world will fell apart if he'll ever finds out about the connection between his cousin and girlfriend, but together with it, LB was in love with Ashley. And he knew if Danny weren't there - they could be together. God, why Danny? From all the guys in Denver� why Danny? He asked him self and throw stones to the lake, not seeing Krystina who was sitting on the grass not far of him, submerged with thoughts. Since Kyle visits yesterday, Krystina couldn't stop thinking about him. She didn't know him of course and wasn't sure if to believe him or not. She knew the police are looking after him, and that if her father will find out she saw him he'll be very upset, but she couldn't turned the guy she loved to the cops. Maybe he didn't know what Woo is planning to do, maybe he didn't know how ruthless the consortium men could be, she thought to herself and looked at the piece of paper she had, with Kyle's phone number. "Krys?" LB called her and interferes to her thoughts. 
"Hi, LB" she said quietly and he joined her on the grass. "Problems?" "Why everything has to be so complicate, LB?" she asked her cousin, talking about her problems with Kyle. "I wish I knew," he said, thinking about his problems with Ashley. "Why things can't be perfect? You are looking for something so long, and when you finally find it, or at least think you did, you find out it's not what you thought?" "Well, I guess life is just not perfect" "Ye� tell me about that". "Still nothing from Kyle?" LB asked her. He knew the guy vanished after the charity ball but didn't hear that he was a part of the consortium. "No. I don't know what to do, LB. I never felt like this before in my whole life, like - " "- Like you want to be with him every single moment?" "Exactly" "Well I know the feeling" "Is your girl still dating somebody else?" "Yes� and she is still insist she loves him" "But you can't accept it" "No, I want to make her see it is the wrong guy. I want to show her I'm better" "So fight!" Krystina said, not knowing of course the other guy is Danny. "You right. I have to fight for her. I always believed that if you love someone you have to fight for him, it's just that this case is different. And I know other people could be hurt if I'll fight for her� god, it's so frustrating!" "What, that you can't fight?" "Yes� love is defiantly worth fighting, Krystina" "You know what? You're right. Love is worth fighting" she said and stood up. "And you shouldn't give up" 
"What?" "I'll see you later, LB. don't give up!" she said and vanished, leaving LB confusing even more then before. An apartment building, Downtown Denver Kyle Roberts didn't hear the intercom ringing over and over again. He was in the shower with his eyes closed, and let the water flow on his muscular naked body. He thought about Krystina and imagined her with him in the shower, making love. He didn't want her to find out about him like that, but he knew there's a risk she'll find out about that if something will go wrong at the charity ball. And now he was paying the price. From the first moment he saw her he felt he's attracting to her, and after they spent together at the mansion he knew he is in love, and though Woo warned him not to let his feelings mixing with his work, Kyle couldn't help it. He wasn't a bad guy, at least not like Woo or Van Dorn. All he wanted was money and power, and Woo promised him he would have all this if he'll work with him. When Kyle realized what kind of man Woo is- it was too late. Only then he finds out Woo wasn't the man he thought he is. Exactly like Krystina find out now Kyle was not the man she thought he was. And it hurt Kyle very much. The soap that falls on the floor forced Kyle to come back to the reality. He opened his eyes, took the soap and then heard the intercom rings. "What now�" he closed the tap, bunched a towel around his naked body, and went out to the living room. "Yes?" he asked the doorman who answered him something from the other side. "Oh really? No, no it's okay, George. I'll accept this visit," he said. Two minutes later the doorbell rang. "Just a second!" he called when he looked at the mirror and finished to comb his hair. "I'm coming!" he opened the door and a big smile showed on his face. "I knew you'll come!" he said. 
"Oh Kyle, I love you, I love you so much!"  Krystina entered the apartment and they both kissed and hugged passionately. Jim's Condo "Okay! I'm coming, I'm coming!" Jim called when he exit from his bad-room and went to open the door. "Danny! What a lovely surprise, but Ashley is not here right now" he said, smiling. "I didn't come here to see Ashley, you son of a bitch!" Danny attacked him and entered the apartment. "What?" Jim played dumb. He guessed Ashley would tell Danny about her embarrassing incident with Steven and him. "How dare you do this to my parents! Dating with my mother, pretending you loving her while all this time you are sleeping with my dad!" "Danny, I understand you are worry to your parents, but I don't think you have the right to brake in like that to my apartment and blame me with this ridicules accusations, especially when you don't know all the facts!" "What facts? That you slept with my two parents, causing them to brake up?" "Wait a minute; your parents did not brake up because of me. They brake up because your father is a gay!" he attacked back Danny, who lost control and punch Jim, causing him falling down. "Wow! You remind me your mother� aggressive and unexpected, especially in bad" Jim provoked him and stood up, caressing his jaw. "I'm warning you, Martinez! Leave my parents and get out from their lives!" 
"Well, it will be a little bit hard you know, now that Ashley is moving here with me. I wonder what she's thinking about all this, or that you still didn't tell her?" "Leave Ashley out of this, our relationship is not your business!" "I'll do that, Danny. As long you'll stay out of my love life" "You don't love my parents; you are nothing but a layer and egoist! And I promise you none of my parents will be yours! Ever!" Danny yelled at him and left the apartment stormily. "Like father, like son�" Jim said to himself amusing, still caressing his jaw. 
 Alexis's room at Chaney Hospital
Alexis was talking on the phone when Zach Powers entered her room. She motioned for him to come in. "I want everything set before that meeting. Call Gerald Wilson and find Dominique. I'll be at the office as soon as I can, Darling." She put the receiver down. "So you know already?" Zach asked. Alexis looked at him with a surprised expression on her face. "How do you know, that's something that concerns only Colby Co.?" "Darling, there's nothing that goes on in your life that I don't know about." He replied with a grin. "So what is your insane sister up to, announcing to run Colby Co?" He asked, shaking his head in disbelieve. "Not if I can help it." Alexis said confidently. "Colby Co. is my company. I'll be damned if I'm going to stay here and allow her to take it from me. Steven and I went over all the options. I need the eight percent of stock that Caress doesn't control, no matter what the cost. Together with my shares I would hold the majority." She pulled back the covers and got out of bed. Zach could tell that she was still in pain. "Isn't it a little early to leave the hospital, Alexis?" "No it's certainly not. The meeting with the board starts less then three hours." She walked over to the wardrobe and started pulling out clothes as a nurse entered the room. "Mrs. Colby, what are you doing?" "I'm leaving. What does it look like?" "But Dr. Ramsey didn't give permission for your release." Alexis placed her hands on her hips and looked at her. "Permission?" She asked incredulous. "I think you're forgetting to whom you talking." After the anxious nurse had left the room without another attempt to stop Alexis from leaving the hospital, Zach Powers tried to assure her. "Don't worry; everything is going to work out for the best. Which reminds me, I've got an proposition you just can't refuse" He reached into his small briefcase and pulled out a document. "I've taken the liberty of having my lawyer draw up that contract. All it needs is your signature to complete it." He handed the document to Alexis with a gleaming smile across his face. She was curious. "What is it?" she asked, taking it from him and sitting down on the edge of the bed. Zach looked at Alexis, awaiting her reaction while Alexis quickly read through some of the contract. Alexis's face lit up in delight. She quickly looked up at him, clearly amazed. "Zach," she exclaimed with excitement in her voice. Alexis approached Zach and without thinking, she embraced and kissed him. "I knew I could count on you, Zachary. But just how�" 
"You know I care very deeply for you." He responded, returning her embrace and kissing her gently. His affection for Alexis and his attraction to her ran deep. Zach was more than pleased, he had her exactly where he want her. "Come on, I'll explain all on the way" he said. 
Slowly a grin spread across her face. "I don't think my dear sister will be too happy about our little deal. I can't wait seeing the look on her face." She said laughing. "I'm sure it will be priceless." Zach replied smoothly.  The Mansion, Blake's study
Amanda sat upon the leather couches in her father's study and smiled. It was good to be home. She was released few hours earlier and Sammy Jo brought her back to the mansion. Now she sat watching the two people that mean the most to her playing together. "I want to play dolls, not space man Joey." Cathy called as she chased after Joseph. "We can play dolls after we play space rangers okay." "Okay Joey." Cathy said and ran after Joseph. Amanda smiled loving the fact that that Cathy and Joseph seemed to bond rather quickly, but maybe it was because both children had lost a parent. Amanda looked up as the door to the study opened and Blake and Adam walked in. Joseph looked up and ran to his father. "Daddy. Daddy I missed you so much." Joseph yelled and leaped into his father's arms. Adam winced in pain. He still hurt form the bullet wound. "I missed you too son." He hugged his son tightly, and then he looked down at the beautiful girl staring up at him. "And I guess this lovely girl is�" "Its Amanda's girl. It's Cathy!" Joseph said, and Adam bent down and shook the girls hand, but Cathy just looked up and then over to her mother. "Its okay Cathy darling, that's your Uncle Adam." Amanda stated. "Hello, Uncle Adam" the girl said and Adam smiled to her. "It's pleasure to see you finally" he said with a smile and looked at his sister. "And it is great to see you here finally" Amanda welcomed her brother and they both hugged. 
"It's so great to see two of my children so close." Blake smiled. "Would either of you like a drink?" He asked as he made his way to the bar. "No thank you, father" Amanda said. "I'll take a Bourbon and branch." Adam exclaimed. "I was getting tired of milk and juice." Blake smiled as he made his way to the bar; Adam looked over at the children playing. "It's nice to see her here." Adam touched her shoulder. "I'm sorry for her losing, but I'm glad you have her back." "Oh Adam how I feel so bad for her. I don't know what to do. She so young, but I know she's not dealing with Max's death yet." Amanda almost began to cry. "I promise I will be here for the both of you, just like you were here for Joseph and me." "I'm so lucky to have such a caring older brother like you." "You forgot to mention Smart, Charismatic, Dashing older brother." Adam joked as Amanda nudged him. Blake was coming back to hand Adam his drink as Joseph came running by and knocked the drink out of his hand; the glass fell upon a silver photo frame and caused it to fall to the floor. "I'm sorry Grandfather. It was an accident." Joseph looked frightened. Adam and Amanda got up to help Blake pick up the mess. "Its all right Joseph, you and Cathy go into the kitchen, the cooks fix you something to eat." Adam messed up Joseph's hair, and Joseph took Cathy's hand and they left the room. Amanda picked up the pieces of the broken frame when she noticed something. "Oh, it was the photo taken on yours and Kirby's wedding day." She said as she handed him the picture. Adam smiled as he looked down at the photo, noticing that the glass tore it, but something was behind it. He thought to himself. "One of the servants probably left the older photo behind it. I wonder what it is." He began to take the frame apart, and see the picture behind it, when Amanda and Blake saw the shocked look on Adam's face. They looked at the two pictures in Adam's hand one of Kirby and his wedding day, but the other photo was older, and yellowing around the edge. Amanda didn't know who the woman was, but Blake knew. It was a photo of Adam's second wife Dana Warring, but Blake couldn't understand why a photo of Dana would upset Adam. He was about to ask him when Adam rose to his feet. "Oh my god, Dana!" Adam yelled. "I remember it now. Mrs. Litton! She had a gun pointed at Dana's head!"  click here to continue... Chaney Hospital, Outside Sable's room
Dex Dexter was sure he would have to become ready for another battle with the security guards that Monica had placed to watch over the hospital room, and also the ones at La Mirage. He walked down the hall corridor towards Sable's floor. He only wished he could remove all his past misdeeds. He knew that if he could explain to Monica that it was a mistake and that he was sorry, that maybe Monica would understand. That everything would be different in the future. He turned the corner and spotted Sable's room but was shocked to see that no guard was standing watch outside Sable's room. Puzzled, he approached cautiously towards the door expecting any minute that the guard or Monica would impair his visit. He slowly opened the door to Sable's room and went inside. The lights were off, so he slowly clicked them on, and when he turned around he found Sable's bed empty. "What the hell." He quickly scanned the room and found that everything was turned off. "Nurse, Nurse!" he called to the nurse who was at her station. "May I help you sir?" Se asked. "Yes, I would like to know what room Sable Colby has been moved to." The blonde nurse looked up. "She hasn't been moved to another room, sir." "That impossible!" Dex stated, "I was just in her room and everything is gone. Where is he? What happened to her?" "Mrs. Colby's daughter transferred her mother to another institution, sir" "What?" Dex asked shocked. "Do you know which one?" "I'm sorry, I can't give you this information" she said and went back to her work. "Can you at least tell me if it's here in Denver?" "I believe that she was taken out of town," the nurse answered and Dex ran out from the hospital, driving like a crazy man to La Mirage. "Monica? Cameron? Hello!" he knocked on the suite's door ten minutes later, when eventually the maid opened the door for him. "Mr. Dexter!" "Where is Mrs. Colby, and where is my son?" Dex demanded. "I'm sorry but I'm not at liberty to dispose." But Dex cut her off and grabbed her by the shoulder. "No if you value your job, you had better tell me where my son is." 
"I'm sorry sir; all I know is that Miss Colby left with Cameron. I don't know where to" the poor lady said and Dex finally released her. "What have you done Monica, what have you done�" The ColbyCo Building; The Boardroom Caress walked into the large Colby Co. boardroom wearing a lovely white business suit, followed by her lawyer. The board members that had gathered for the meeting glanced at her curiously. "Good afternoon gentlemen, I would like to get this meeting started." Caress announced short on patience. She wanted to get this over with as soon as possible. "Where is Alexis?" Gerald Wilson, ColbyCo's chief lawyer, asked Steven in a worried tone of voice. Steven looked nervously at his watch; Alexis should have been there by now. He had tried to call his mother several times since she had left the hospital, but he couldn't reach her. "You weren't planning on having this meeting without me?" Caress heard Alexis's voice from behind her. Caress turned to face her sister. "I assumed you weren't coming." She replied obviously surprised. "Well my dear, you assumed wrong." Alexis said, giving Caress a disparaging look. "Gentlemen, Steven," she greeted her board, getting several greetings back. Everybody in the room watched Alexis walking to the head of the conference table and taking her seat across from Caress "Alexis, shall we get started? I'm sure the board would like to know why they have been called here." "Caress, you have the floor, since you called this meeting." "Thank you, Alexis," Caress began. "Gentlemen, my name is Cassandra Morel Fincelli. The reason I asked for this meeting is to inform you about my recent acquisition of a large block of stock in Colby Co. industries." Caress paused for a moment, looking at her sister. "Furthermore, I like to announce that as the largest stockholder I've decided to assume control by replacing Mrs. Alexis Colby as chairman of the board, and CEO of this organization" Alexis smiled at her sisters performance, broke in, "I'm sorry, Caress, but there you're terribly mistaken." She said very confidently. "I'm afraid that your distribution of shares hasn't been updated since my meeting with Mr. Powers. He agreed to sign over control of his shares to me." Curiously the expression on Caress's face didn't change. "I have here copies of the contract signed by Mr. Powers and me, extending control of his shares to me." Steven handed the papers to the board members. "Together with my shares I now hold forty nine percent, that is majority control." Alexis continued, "Apart from the fact that you don't own enough stock you don't have the experience to run a company the size of Colby Co." Caress quickly retorted. "I have every qualification I need sister dearest, and I'm prepared to use it." "What?" Alexis laughed; she was becoming tired of her sister games. "Well I understand that you own forty nine percent, but as you said with my limited experience in the business world, but isn't fifty one percent majority control sister dearest." Caress said in triumph. 
"What?" Alexis and Steven asked in unison, exchanging concerned glances. "Well as of this morning I've just gained another three percents of Colby Co. stock " "You couldn't possibly, Dominique would never sell." Alexis said in shock. "Oh but she did." She turned to the board, "As Mrs. Colby guessed I bought the shares belonging to Mrs. Dominique Deveraux. So that gives me fifty one percent, and that means that I now have full control of this company." Every eye in the room was fixed upon Caress. First the board stared dumbfounded. Then mumbles and looks of surprise and shock swept through the room. Alexis was taken aback. She couldn't believe this was happening. While her mind was racing she felt the room spinning. Before she could say anything, Caress produced a document from her briefcase and handed it to the board. Alexis retrieved the paper and quickly scanned the stock transfer certificate. Her eyes got fixing upon the signature of Dominique Deverauxe. She leaned back in her chair frozen, trying to gather her thoughts. "Now ladies, and gentlemen I suggest you consider the question I now put forth. You will vote me in as chairman of the board, and CEO, unless you want one hell of a fight on your hands." Caress demanded. Gerald Wilson stood. "I don't thank it's the boards responsibility to get involved in a family dispute." "It is no longer a family dispute, You have a choice, either conform to my demands, or I will se to it that Colby Co. ceases to exit. So shall we vote." Caress asked demanding. Most of the men in the room shook their heads so caress continued "Before we go to vote, let me explain one thing to you all. If my vote doesn't get your approval I'll have this board replaced by a one that's more co-operative." The board members nervously looked at one another. "You can't do this, Mrs. Morel!" One of the men exclaimed angrily. "Gentlemen, I can and believe me I will if you force me." She replied with an amused expression on her face. "All in favour - please raise your hand." She asked. Alexis and Caress looked around the long conference table, watching the hands go up reluctantly, one by one. " All against please raise your hands." Alexis and Steven raised their hands. "Well, I guess that settles it then" Caress exclaimed. "Thank you, gentlemen." Caress said, pushing her chair back and standing up. The board members left the conference room in a hurry, leaving Alexis, Caress, and Steven sitting in silence. Alexis stood up still in shock. Steven approached her, trying to comfort her but she rejected him. "Don't Steven� it is not over yet" she whispered to him as Caress approached her. "Don't you want to congratulate the new CEO? Or aren't you happy for me, Alexis?" "You want to fight me? Fine, but this is one fight you can't possibly win." "Well Alexis, I guess we will see, won't we?" Caress replied smiling. Alexis let her emotions get the best of her. "You are insane. You should be locked away." "Ah, you mean like in that horrible Venezuelan prison?" Caress hissed. "I promised you I was going to make you pay for all the years I spent there, you and your accomplice Zach Powers I'm not finished with you yet." Steven looked at Caress. "What are you talking about?" "Didn't she tell you that she left me to rot in prison in Venezuela?" Caress's voice rose with each word. "That's a damn lie." Alexis defended herself. Caress glared at Alexis. "Now is my turn. I'm going make life very unpleasant for you. You can count on that!" Alexis stepped closer to her sister and looked her squarely in the eye. "Did you forget little Caress, I've always win and I always get what I want. I know how to bring my enemies down, no matter if they are ex-husbands or sisters." "Not this time." Caress answered back. "I am finally going to make you pay, Alexis. The justice if finally coming, and it is only the beginning of it!" "We'll see about that!" Alexis answered back. "Come on, darling. Let's go." she said to Steven and they both left the room, leaving Caress alone. "You will pay Alexis, for everything you have done to me�" she said to herself. The Hilton Hotel The young blonde beautiful lady staying in a deluxe suite at the Hilton Hotel stood outside upon her balcony taking in the view of the rich beautiful mountains of Denver. "Caress should be playing her final card right about now." She said as she glanced down at the watch. "I wonder how you'll react, Alexis, when you'll find out your dear sister betray you and stole your company. I bet you will have the same expression that Blake and Krystle will react when they find out they lost their empire as well." She smiled once more, taking in the scenery of the mountains; she walked back into her suite, glancing at the dresser. She walked forward, and picked up a frame placed on top. "What a shock it will be to all of them, to find out who was behind all this�. Ten years of plans will finally come to an end, and justice will finally be served.
