Raystorm is a fast-paced shoot-em-up that propels you through 8 stages of excitement and action. This game is actually the sequel to a game called Layer Section in Japan (Galactic Attack in the US) which was released on the Saturn. The basic story is that an ambitious colony called Secilia plans to rule the galaxy, but only Earth stands in their way. In order to stop Secilia's ambition, the depleted Earth forces send out two prototype fighter crafts code named R-Gray and the fate of the galaxy rests on the performance of these R-Gray fighters.
