Legend of Legaia is the handiwork of Contrail, formerly Media Vision, who also made Wild Arms. This unique game combines the elements of RPGs and fighting games in which you must beat your enemies into submission. This game should tide you over until Final Fantasy VIII arrives here.
Here's the story. Long ago, humans and mystical beasts called Seru lived in harmony, until the deadly Mist arrives and suddenly everything goes haywire. Now the world is desparate for heroes to free them from the evil of the Mist. With the aid of special creatures called Ra-Seru, three brave heroes join together in hopes of getting rid of the Mist and restoring peace and order to the world.
