Joanna Navarre

Xavier Navarre

Joanna has a background in physical theatre, receiving her MA in Performance Theory in 1995.

She cites Pupi Castello "Figures are easy:walking is hard" as her primary tango influence.

Xavier has been a member of the IDTA since 1976 and holds an adjudicating license from the World Dance and Dancesport Council.

Their Argentine Tango teachers have included Diomar 'Giraldo' Escobar,

Eduardo and Gloria Arquimbau and Fabian Salas.

Joanna and Xavier have taught in London, Boston, Chicago, Japan and most recently at Bylaugh Hall in Norfolk.
