Park Business

The group looked over the budget that was submitted. 

Linda had not heard any news from Lindell Parrish since the last meeting about the pool repairs.
 

Pool Business

The board performed its required written evaluation of the Pool Manager. A copy is to be filed with the city. Also Forms were made and to be given to the Pool Manager so that he may evaluate the rest of the pool staff.
 

Election of Officers

Nominations were accepted for the officer positions on the board. Officers were then voted into their positions. These will be effective starting with the next meeting.

These were the people nominated for officers.

Vice President -- Carlton Doerner
Treasurer -- Thelma Pettiford
Secretary -- Jeff Spencer
Assistant Secretary -- Betty Eastman 

These People were elected as officers. All unanimously.

Motion to adjourn was made by Jeannine Baxter  at 7:43 p.m. and seconded by Jeff Spencer.  Motion carried.

The Park Board will meet next on Thursday, November 9, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at Du Quoin City Hall.
