Members Present: Linda Murphy, Carlton Doerner, Jeannine Baxter, and Jeff Spencer.

Minutes were read and approved.

The Park Board has not heard about the grant for the pool, so we are assuming that we did not get the grant.

The Park Board heard from Carol Cook, a guest speaker. She spoke about year-round use of the pool. The board then discussed concerns and feasibility of such a project. The discussion is to be continued in front of the entire board at the next meeting. 

Motion to adjourn was made by Carlton Doerner at 7:58 p.m. and seconded by Jeff Spencer. Motion passed.

The Park Board will meet January 20, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. at Du Quoin City Hall.
