Timothy
Purdy,
MSN, CRNP, CS
Mr. Purdy has been a family Nurse Practitioner for 7 years.
He
graduated from
in
Burn, Emergency, and Trauma Nursing in 1984 and his post graduate Nurse
Practitioner
certificate in 1996 from
Mr. Purdy is
married
and has three grown children. He enjoys cooking, camping
and
bicycling for fun and fitness.
Naomi (Bea)
Lamm, MS, RN
Ms. Lamm is coordinator
for the
Wellmobile. She received her BSN and MS
from the
faculty
member at
primary
care community practice
She enjoys
collecting
antiques, selling Longaberger baskets and is an avid fund-
raiser
for
attending
college.
Jacki
Haywood
Ms. Haywood is the
Outreach
worker for the Western Maryland Wellmobile.
She
has worked and managed many physician offices in the area. She is
married
with three children.
She enjoys the
outdoors,
motorcycle riding and spending time with her family.
Howard Bohn
Mr. Bohn is the driver for
the
Wellmobile. He is married, with three children.
Mr. Bohn enjoys camping,
cooking,
and spending time with his family.
