Community Access Program (CAP)
Do you need health
care,
but can't afford it?
Allegany CAP
may be able to help you. Allegany CAP is a program for adults
(ages 19-64)
who do not have health insurance or
whose health insurance does not pay all the bills.
What
services are available through Allegany CAP?
Allegany CAP
does not provide direct care, but we can help you find services in
information on
your income, family size, etc. with Allegany CAP partners to use this
service. You may be eligible for some of the
following:
· Doctor's
services
· Care
Coordination for people with diabetes,
high blood pressure, asthma, lung disease, or depression
· Free
or low-cost prescriptions
· Emergency
help
· Food
stamps and other social services
· Preventative
health screenings and education
