Human Resource Development Leader 

A change management executive who has spearheaded organizational development and change initiatives in a forty-year old manufacturing enterprise with seven (7) major facilities and offices partnering with the President and the Manufacturing Executive. A strategy champion for people development. A professional who can launch value-based and competency-based programs to ensure alignment of corporate HR programs with the strategic directions of the Company and has the ability to set and administer the human resources development policy of an enterprise, including but not limited to recruitment and manpower planning, compensation and benefits administration, employee training and development and labor relations.
