E-Mail Addresses for Homeowner’s
The City has contacted your Homeowner’s Association regarding an emergency notification system.
In order to implement that system, we need E-mail addresses of those
who wish to be included in such notifications.
We plan to be able to advise of road closings, City events and real emergencies.
Your next dues notice (September, 2003),
will include an option to provide your E-mail address (such information will be treated confidentially).

We hope you are settling into your new home and meeting
your new neighbors. If should have any questions regarding the subdivision or the area,
feel free to contact us.
If you did not receive the subdivision bylaws and covenants at your closing or from
the previous owners, please contact the current secretary. A copy will be given to you.
In order to keep our finacial records up-to-date, contact the Treasurer so that he/she
may record your name and address for future mailings of annual dues notices, newletters,
and directory information.
