Rod Flanders is the youngest child of the Springfield Flanders. His idea of blasphemy is the talking dog on 'Davey and Golitath'. He does have positive role models, such as Ned Flanders, Maude Flanders, and the Bible. Although he is usually a quiet, sensible and angelic young boy, the only time h has ever gone wild is when he went psycho from the Pixi-Stix that Bart gave him and his brother. He called Todd a 'smelly-head' during the fight for the Pixi-Stix.  When Todd started swearing, Ned and Maude suspected Rod to be an influence. However, he did suspect bumper stickers, comic books, Grandma and television to be the cause of Todd's sudden abusive behaviour, too. Of course none of these weren't the influences - it was Homer. One miracle that still has many puzzled is that, Rod hasn't been beaten up by ANY of the school bullies, the worst he has gotten is a teasing or two from Bart. He also prays for giant shoes.
