When you sign this petition, you agree to the following:
1) No one can view your signature except for me and the petition recipients, to whom I intend to give the signatures. If you sign the petition on the ipetitions website, you must check "anonymous" for others not to view your signature. I recommend that you do check "anonymous".
2) I will not utilize duplicates and errors or what does not seem to be appropriate, or not a legitimate signature or any other type of information. I will delete them and do otherwise what would make the signature list both presentable and legitimate because the main information is the signature information and all else is variable.
3) I will not share or otherwise utilize the signature information except surrounding the verification of that information, if I choose to verify it, and as a result of learning you have an interest in signing the petition. If you attempt to sign the petition, and your information looks misspelled or somehow incomplete or wrong, this constitutes an interest and I may try to contact you therefore to obtain correct information or to verify whether you were attempting to sign the petition. If you send me an e-mail from my website, although you may send me an e-mail from my website for any reason and not only to send a petition signature, if I think that you intended to sign the petition but didn't fill it out correctly, I may also try to contact you to verify or advise that I received your e-mail with the following information and am giving you an opportunity to correct it if it was your intention to sign the petition. If I have your contact information otherwise and it is identical to what you enter as a petition signature, I may utilize it otherwise, but I will not be working from the petition signatures to contact anyone except as already stated or unless I have permission from you to do so.

5) This petition was placed on this website on November 26, 2006. Since I can change the text of the petition or any page on the website as I deem fit, please be advised of the following: a) I do not intend to change the goal and purpose of the petition at all but as I learn more, I may make corrections or improvements to the text and wording of the petition to obtain more and better for the same purpose of obtaining justice; b) I may also send the petition to additional different recipients and accordingly change the text to accommodate the sending of the petition to different recipients separately and/or collectively and according to the recipients� roles and potential in bringing about what the petition requests; c) suggestions for additional recipients or other information that could improve the effectiveness of the petition are most welcome, and you may send me an e-mail through my website, sign my guestbook (this provides for a very limited message), or send me a direct e-mail at [email protected] in order to do so; d) whatever changes I should need to make, the request will be the same one or substantially for the same goal and purpose notwithstanding any modification to accommodate a new recipient or improved language to optimize what can be hoped for, etc.; e) I will utilize signatures submitted at this website, the "ipetitions" website, or in any other fashion to send to the recipient(s) as often as I will submit this petition to the recipient(s), whoever he/she/they may turn out to be, and any and all signatures that I receive at whatever website and in whatever way these signatures are gathered according to the aforementioned intentions will be used to submit and/or re-submit the petition. The purpose of doing any of these things is to obtain the goal of the petition as stated on this website on November 26, 2006, which text I e-mailed to myself and printed also to keep as a record to show that the goal of the petition did not change in substance even if the text was modified or the petition otherwise improved. Therefore, as many recipients as I may choose to send this petition to in addition to the one stated, will receive all the signatures gathered for this petition at that point and/or throughout whether or not the recipients are actually listed with the text of the petition request. This also means that if I submit petition with signatures to the recipient(s) and then there are sufficient additional signatures, I may submit the entire petition more than once, even to the same recipient(s). I'm also keeping a hard copy and e-mailed cut-and-pasted text of this petition information page and how it looked on November 26, 2006 as a record to show that any modification I may need to make to this petition information page as well as to the petition itself will also not change the intention and goal in substance. For instance, if there are corrections or if there is a petition procedure worth improving in this petition information page and you have already signed the petition, this means basically that you will still have signed the petition as submitted to the recipient(s) whenever that occurs and as often, that I will still not give out your information or utilize it except that I may contact you to verify it and otherwise insure that I have understood you intend to sign the petition, and this will be for the the purpose for which you signed the petition at the point that you signed it, to wit, the handling of the complaint for justice and all the benefit this can attain, including the hoped-for eradication of corruption/abortion that I expect it to yield as a result. I will keep an e-mail cut-and-pasted copy and a hard copy record of any submissions of the petition to the listed or new recipients, or re-submissions to previous recipients with additional signatures, etc., whether the signatures are gathered at this website or in some other way, so that if there are any questions, I can show that the petition request and goal is substantially the one everyone intended to sign for even though there may be modifications for the purpose of improvement or effectiveness from time to time and throughout the process to the petition and the procedure in this petition information page, since I am asking for suggestions here. The petition is ongoing unless I state otherwise, even if I have submitted it to the one recipient listed and this fact is made public.

7) I thank you in advance for your support because I will not thank you as a result of seeing your signature on the petition signature list even though I will want to. That list will be reasonably safeguarded according to my circumstances, which in all fairness are unusual as a result of the circumstances surrounding the complaint. And I will only release the names on that list to the recipients, unless I otherwise get permission from you to utilize that information or am required by law to surrender it. Be aware that when I submit the petitions, that the employees of the recipients will probably see the contents before the recipients.
