Professor Binns
Binns is dead. He still teaches History but he's a ghost. His class is the most boring one offered at Hogwarts and he has the amazing talent of putting students asleep as he goes on about the many Goblin rebellions of 18-something or other. The guy was and is boring...that's all you need to know.
