Seamless Tiles
Here is the color swatch I
used.
They were all taken from my
cat graphic.
Colors from Left to Right

I made my Background tile
by first, flood filling a 100X100 canvas with
#113480.
I then applied The
Redfield/lattice composer filter, playing with
the settings until I was happy.
This was the result
I then made the gradient by
having #4756A3 on both ends, and ##BBC5AF in the
middle.
This was the result
I then choose the #BDCBE1
to be the background color
with #113480, bolded as the
text color.
