BILMAN DOWD   Bilman is a tall elderly-looking human Bounty Hunter. According to various sources, he was a long-time member of the same Bounty Hunters' Guild as Boba Fett. When Bilman retired from the Bounty Hunting profession he became a representative for the Bounty Hunters' Guild. Bilman is now considered a 'statesman' among other Bounty Hunters. Bilman served as a representative for the Guild when he collected the Guild's ten percent 'handling fee' from Boba Fett for the capture of Kardue'sai'Malloc. Bilman still serves as representative to the Guild. Bilman Dowd is RETIRED, but he is available as a representative for Bounty Hunters - for the right price.
