Accommodations description (3 BR, 2.5 BA, fully furnished kit, living, dining)
1st floor: master bedroom suite has queen bed, twin sleep sofa, full bath, mini-kit, wash/dryer, cable TV/DVD, additional private outside entrance.
2nd & 3rd floors: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 2 twin beds), 1.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, wash/dryer, cable TV/DVD/VHS in living room, cable TV in each bedroom.
Notes:
1. Weekly reservations begin on Saturday and end on the following Saturday.
2. Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the Saturday that your reservation begins. Check-out time is firm -- by 10:00 am on the Saturday your weekly reservation ends.
3. For the reduced rate for 4 or fewer guests to apply, the 1st floor will be locked.
4. A 13% local tax will be added to all rates.
Cottage Rules:
1. We love pets, however we do not have pet accommodations on the premise and we have a strict NO PET policy.
2. The Atlantic View Cottage is a smoke free enviroment, therefore, we have a strict NO SMOKING policy at any time inside the cottage.
3. Children are welcome, however we do not have accommodations for toddlers or any children less than age 5 years.
4. We reserve the right to apply a minimum age requirement before accepting a reservation.
