Minnet Anderson was crippled by a falling tree .The injury's were so bad they didn't believe he would live through it but he did and he had to use a cane the rest of his life.
Ollie Dale Anderson ,his daughter told me that her father had to teach the older children to plant a garden and to do the things he could no longer do, so they would be able to eat and survive.

According to 1900 Whitley County Census Mark Anderson was 6 months old when census was taken and brother Thomas was also 6 months,making them twins,both born in 1899.They were living in the home of Campbell Anderson with their parents William born 1872 and mother Melvina Stephens born in 1878 according to census records.Minnett their brother spelled Mynatt in Census records was also living there.
William Anderson and Melvina Stephens were married about 1894 .The 1900 Whitley Census states they were married 6 years.
