Ashish Gupta, aged 32 years, is a science graduate and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2001. He graduated with a degree in Law from University of Delhi in year 2004. He has worked with a stock broking company for a couple of years. He has handled various assignments for his corporate clients like Corporate Law Management, advising on various technical corporate law issues, secretarial compliance, drafting of various agreements, deeds and documents, litigation management, etc. He has also represented corporate clients before different administrative and quasi-judicial authorities like MCA (CLB, RD, ROC) RBI, DGFT, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, Controller of Stamps, etc. He is also on panel of various banks for loan documentation and compliances.

Ms. Deepika Gupta, aged 31 years, is a graduate from University of Delhi and has obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Finance (Major-Finance & Minor-Marketing) from S. P. College of Communication & Management, Delhi (Silver Medalist).

She has worked with Usha Group as MIS Executive & then as Quality Analyst, later she worked with Standard Chartered Bank and then with Karvy Comtrade Ltd. as Investment Relationship Manager (Commodities).

Presently, she is working as free lancer for Investment research firms and for Insurance Companies.

Atul Gupta, aged 27 years, is a D.I.S.A. (Information System Audit) qualified Chartered Accountant & an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2003.

During the span of his professional career, he has worked with the reputed Chartered Accountants’ firms & conducted audits of large industrial houses, banks & other institutions in India such as B.H.E.L. Ltd., I.F.F.C.O., J.C.T. Ltd. & Dainik Jagran Ltd.

Presently, he is rendering his professional services as a Practicing Chartered Accountant & is successfully managing the areas of statutory audits, internal audits, bank audits, direct taxation, service tax, value added tax, accounting work, project reports & other consultancy work.
