I love my computer, and it can be hard to pull me away from it. I do a lot of other things besides the internet. I am in the middle of scanning and making CDs of family photos right now.
I like to cook, but I don't do it so much now that I'm alone. It's not much fun when it's just for myself.
I collect colored gemstones. I'm not wealthy enough (yet) for anything expensive, but I have a nice collection of semi-precious gems. Some of them are set in jewelry, but most are loose cut stones.
I like astronomy.
I love to visit with friends.
I love to read my Bible and spend time with my Lord.
I have 2 sisters and a brother, all younger than I am. One of my sisters lives here, in the same area as I do, and my other sister and brother are in California, where I come from. My parents have both passed away.
I have friends that I have maintained contact with from as far back as elementary school. We moved a lot when I was a child, and I treasure the friends I have kept.
