| 18.� Kenny Brack - With the departure of Penske to the IRL, he's CART's best remaining driver.� Expect him to win a championship in 2002 with a more focused Bobby Rahal guiding the team.� However, CART has a habit of pulling drivers I've never heard of out of South America, so my prediction is probably wrong. |
