My car has come along way from the summer of '98. I thank the Lord for this car. Dad, my bro and I have worked on it a lot to get my car where it is today. There are still more things that I want to do for this car. Not bad for $350. That price certainly doesn't reflect the cost of restoration but it's a good way to start a conversation :) The car below is where the 350 TPI came from.

As you can see this car is pretty messed up. But don't judge the car by the cover...lying within this mangled mess are parts that'll make my '84 Coupe into a mean lean tire burnin' machine! It's gonna be a sleeper! I purchased this car in the spring of '00. My twin brother and I stripped it down and swapped over plenty of parts to my '84 Coupe. This is my second Camaro, and I have loved every tire scorching, high-rev'n second of it. It has become a fun hobby car that has had about 1 mod per month since 10/98 including these; B&M ripper, Free Ram-Air, K&N, Synthetic fluids, Borla Cat-Back Exhaust, 38% Metal Fill Tint, Whisper Induction, Whisper MAF, Hypertech Power Programmer III, Whisper PowerStat 160, Auto Meter's Gauge Works Pods on A-Pillar with the following Auto Meter Pro-Comp Ulta-Lite 2" electric gauges: Fuel Pressure (0-100 psi), Water Temp (the stock gauge is not even close), and engine oil temp, RK Sport white gauge overlay for instrument panel. Sony CDX-C680 reciever, Autotek amps, and 1 Aura 10 inch Sub (mounted where the changer usally goes). Drop by and see what has been changes lately. I am always up to something. HEY, NICE CAR SAM!!!!!
Alan no longer owns this car, but he emailed me the story of how he bought it, had to sell it, and how he's looking for it again.
Here's a little of what he shared with me...
"This picture was taken in the Spring of '84. I bought the car in November of '83 with the plastic still on the seats. I remember walking right by it at the dealership (after they called me to take delivery of it), 'Dang, NICE looking car!' (not realizing it was MY car that I was looking at). The dealer said to me, 'Well how do you like it?' I said, 'Where is it?' And he said, 'You just walked right by it!' I turned around and went, 'Holy smokes!!! That one's mine???!!!' Pleasantly surprised, to say the least. I don't even recall signing all the paperwork, etc. to finish the deal, I was too excited and too busy drooling over my new Camaro!"

I've done some work to my car such as putting on a new intake, changing the exhaust to a larger diameter and performance muffler, and cat, changed radios, speakers, and louvers. What a joy to drive.
