2. There will be no intercession for the disbelievers. Al-Quran states:

a) No intercession about him will be accepted. (2:48,123)

b) (The disbelievers will say on the Day of Judgement:)

We have neither any intercessor nor any active friend.”

(26:100,101) * (40:18)

c) (On the Day of Judgement)

“ For the disbelievers, there will not

be any active friend, nor any intercessor, who could be heard of”*

II) THERE WILL BE INTERCESSION FOR THE BELIEVERS:

(The Holy Prophet will intercede. (See Bukhari:6975,7002,7072,44)**

The Holy Quran states: (5945,7036)

a)“ Say: ‘ The intercession entirely belongs to Allah(i.e. no one

will intercede without His Permission).” (39:44)

b)“ ..Who can intercede before Him except with His permission..”

(2:255)

c)“ They have absolutely no power to to intercede, except the one

The Holy Prophet will intercede on the Day of Judgement for the believing sinners, who will then be pulled out (moved away) from the Fire in order of the merit of their faith equivalent to the size of the seed of barley, wheat and smallest particle respectively.(Bukhari:6975 **
