3:181 – 185 HORRIBLE RUDENESS OF THE JEWS
3:181 “ Indeed, Allah has heard the (rude) talk of those (Jews), who
said: ‘ Of course, Allah is poor and we are rich’. We shall write it down
what they have said, and (We will bracket such a rude statement with)
their (horrible crime of) killing of the Prophets; and We will command
(them): ‘ Taste then the torment of the burning (of Fire)”. *
(5:64;35:15-16;2:61;3:21,112)
3:182 “ This is because of that (crime) that your hands sent forward. And
Allah, of course is not unjust to His slaves”.
* Surah Al-Maida states another similar horrible of the Jews, as under:
“ And the Jews said: ‘Allah’s Hand is tied up’. [Allah commands:] Let
the hands of the Jews be tied up, and (let they be) cursed because of
what they said. But His (Allah’s) Hands are stretched open; He spends
whatever He wills…” (5:64)
Sarah Al-Fatir states:
“ O’ mankind! You are (all) poor (who look for the fulfillment of your
needs) towards Allah. And Allah alone is Rich, the Praise Worthy. If
He wills, He will wipe you out and produce entirely a new creature”.
(35:15,16)
3:183 “ They (Jews) are those, who (further rudely) said: ‘ Indeed, Allah
has taken a commitment from us for not believing in any Messenger
unless he brings to us an offering (for sacrificing) which the fire
(from the heaven) eats up’. Say (to them) (Holy Prophet
): ‘ Of
course, the Messengers (of Allah) came to you before me with clear
Signs (miracles *, proofs) including the one that you talk about.
Why did you then kill them, if you are truthful (in your statement)?’”
*[Our Holy Prophet
rejected such miracles. See 6:4-9;13:38;36:46;21:3;37:14,15;34:31;54:1-3]
3:184 “ If they deny you (Holy Prophet
since), the Messengers before you were also denied, who came with
clear Signs (miracles, proofs) and Scriptures as well as with a Book of
Light”.
(35:25;16:44;21:105)
3:185 “ Every body shall taste death. And you will be recompensed, of
course, in full on the Day of Judgement. Then, whosoever is saved
from the Fire (of Hell) and admitted to Paradise, he (really) emerged as
successful. And the life of this world is nothing but a deceiving asset”.
3:186 “ Surely, you will be put to test (and tribulation) in your wealth and
in your lives. And you will (also) hear very distressing ( heart-rending)
news from the People of the Book as well as from the polytheists. And
if you are steadfast and fear Allah, certainly then, it is from the matters
of great courage and (strength)”. * (31:17;42,43)
* In 3:111, it has been stated, as follows:
“ They (i.e. the People of the Book) can’t harm you except to
distress you…” (3:111)
3:187 “ And remember when Allah took a solid covenant from those who
were given the Book (i.e. the Jews & Christians) to clearly state to the
people (about the coming of the Last Prophet Muhammad – peace be
upon him)* and not to conceal it; but they threw it on their backs, and
purchased with it a useless benefit. So worst it is that they purchase”. *

3:188 “ And you must not even conceive that those, who are delighted
over (their wrong deeds) what they did and love to be admired about
what they have not done, and (note again) that you must not even think
that they will be saved from the torment. And for them is (definitely) a
painful torment”.
3:189 “ And to Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and earth. And
Allah is Powerful on every thing”.
