Alcohol short circuits the computer. It slows reflexes, impairs coordination, reduces visual activity, and dulls normal caution. You can not think as clearly, as quickly or as rationally as you usually do and you can not act as fast.

It is a solid fact that a substantial population of the world depends upon sedatives, tranquilizers, drugs, narcotics, and other type of intoxicants so as to set aside their problems.
4. People associated with intoxicants like heroin indulge in illegal trade, black marketing, smuggling and other underground activities to gain some illegal benefits. In this way, they not only commit crimes but also make the consumers sluggish and render them useless. Again, a considerable amount of money is wasted on illegal drugs, narcotics and other intoxicants with dangerous and destructive hazards.
