Allah, but promulgate their own laws, the rebellions and troubles are

c) “ Zina (adultery) does not spread in a nation without causing excessive
deaths in them.” (Muslim-Mishkat:5136)
d) “ When the shameful acts spread in a nation to the extent that the people
commit it openly, plague and other (horrible) diseases erupt in them
which are not traceable in their forefathers.” (Ibn Hashsham, Vol.II, page 775)
e) “No nation rules with injustice but that bloodshed spreads in it.”
(Malik-Mishkat:5136)
f) “ Dishonesty in public money does not appear in a nation but that Allah
thrusts the fear of their enemy in their hearts.” (Malik-Mishkat:5136)
g) “…When the people stop giving zakat from their wealth, they are
deprived off rains…” (Ibn Hashsham, Vol. II, page 775)
h) “ Bribery does not appear in a nation but that it is caught up with the
fear (of enemy).” (Ahmad, Mishkat:3425)
i) “ No nation indulges in dishonesty relating to weights and measures, but
that it faces famine, shortage of food, and brutality of their rulers.”
(Ibn Hashsham, Vol. II, page 775)
The next Verse 2:212 states that the non-believers because of their strong financial condition ridicule the believers and Islam. The believers have been encouraged not paying any attention to their ridiculous behavior.
