2:190-193 JIHAD

2:190 “ And fight in the way of Allah against those who fight you, and do not exceed the limits*. Indeed, Allah does not like those, who exceed the limits.”

*[ Do not kill children, women, and old men.(Bukhari:2852) &(Abu Daud-Mishkat:3778)]

2:191 “ And kill them wherever you find them, and expel them from where they expelled you; and Fitnah (evil, trouble making, resistance against the acceptance of Islam) is worst than killing. And you must not fight near Masjid Haram, until they fight you there (i.e. you must not initiate fighting). But if they fight you, kill them; and this is the (right) punishment) for the non-believers.”

192 “ And if they abstain (from fighting), Allah is Most forgiving, Most Merciful.”

193 “ And fight them till there is no more Fitnah, and the Religion stands all for Allah.* Bit if they avoid (fighting), there is no punishment (for them) except to those who are zalimeen (trouble makers).”
