The Holy Prophet
said:
… Beware there is a piece of meat in (an human) body. If it is
correct, the entire body is correct; and if it upsets, the entire
body upsets. Beware that it is the heart.” (Bukhari:52)
Al-Quran states:

there is the food for thought for him, who has an awakened heart,
or who hears (Al-Quran) with the presence of mind.” (50:37)
