It must, however, be noted that the knowledge/wisdom particularly relating to Science & Technology may be obtained from any where, since it is a common asset of humanity. Again, science/wisdom is neutral, and does not pertain to any religion or a nation. There is no imitation in it.
2:146-150 THE PEOPLE OF THE BOOK RECOGNIZE THE HOLY PROPHET

2:146 “ They, whom We granted the Book, (surely) recognize
him (i.e. Muhammad-peace be upon him) (by his qualities- i.e. the
Prophet of two Qiblahs), just as they recognize their sons. But one
of their groups conceals the truth deliberately.” (* See also 6:20)
2:147 “ This (change of Qiblah) is the truth from your Lord,
and, therefore, you(Muslims) should not be amongst those,
who create doubt (about it).”
2:148 “ For every Ummah (nation) there is a direction that it
faces; so you (Muslims) (ignore the criticism of others, and )
excel in goodness. Where ever you will be, Allah will bring
you all together ( on the Day of Judgement), and, indeed,
Allah is All Powerful on every thing.”( See also 5:48)
