Rules and Regulations
1. Check-in is after 2:00 p.m. until Midnight. If you need special arrangements let owner know
2. Check-out is 11:00 a.m If we do not have guest arriving the day of your departure and you wish to ride the trails we can accomodate for a later leaving time
3. Age Limits: We do not rent to individuals under the age of 18 unless accompanied by parents guardian or spouse
4. Pets: Since you will be riding the trails most of the time you will want to make arrangements with someone to take care of your pets at home.
5. All trail rules must be obeyed at all times. Refer to the Hatfield Mccoy brochure for complete list of trail rules
6. Upon departure please take out all trash, sweep floor, turn off all lights, heater, or air conditioners, and wash all dishes this will enable us to keep prices low and affordable for all
