The band was born in 2001 by the Yambao brothers along with their schoolmates Ruel, Jessie and Eric. Just wanting to play in thier school, they continued making music and played in different places in the metro... Edward from Jim Graham joined the band in 2002 when the band decided to replace Jessie... In 2003, Ruel left the band and got Wiljo as his replacement. Since then, the band became what it is today...
Dreadlocks is now back at the studio working on some new songs...

taong steady lang; estudyanteng pinipilit mag-aral ng mabuti para dein maging tambay... pero soya din maging tambay... stakap ngo-ngo sa isang tabi pag gobas... tapos papanoorin ang buhay ng iba't ibang tao; soya sa akin ang kagandahan ng kalikasan... kabundukan... karagatan; sight seeings at roadtrips; trip ko palagi ang pelikula... yung nakakatawa... yung napapaisip ka... may patayan... multo... kababalaghan... habang umeepti ng popcorn... mga pinoy movies na panahon pa ng kamusmusan ko, barilan at patayan shet na yan; mga palabas na soya... balita (kahit kapayu-pakyu ang mga binabalita)... documentaries; combat sports are amusing and entertaining...; magbasa ng kung ano-ano basta may kabuluhan... at nakaka-aliw; trip ko mangalikot ng pc o kahit anong may kinalaman sa pc... kaya computer management kursong napili ko (para medyo business related)... trip kong maglaro ng ps2 ng magdamagan... yes internet... games... high tech gadgets!; bisyo ko ang pakikinig ng musica... yung may kabuluhan... lala na yung solid at malutong... brutal... madugo... yung sapak sa tenga! i play the low-tuned guitars for the band called dreadlocks... music feeds my soul..; fuck the people! people of the society.... rak en rol hanggang sa mamatay!!!
