A sport that involves battling each other with customized spinning tops, that is what beyblading is all about. Right? Wrong. When amateur beyblader Tyson Granger is utterly defeated by the Blade Sharks gang leader Kai in a beyblade match, he is determined to win a rematch. But how? His answer came from his family's heirloom, an old sword passed down generation to generation with the engraving of a dragon on the hilt. But the dragon's just a carving right? Wrong again. It is really a thousand year old spirit named Dragoon. When it implants itself into the bit chip on Tyson's beyblade one fateful night, the adventure begins. Now Tyson is on an adventure with four other boys, each with their own "bit beasts". Kai, whom Tyson had won his second rematch against, and his bit beast Dranzer, a red phoenix. Max, a hyper American boy who also happens to be the new kid in town, and his bit beast Draciel, a black turtle. Ray, a Chinese boy who used to be the reigning beyblade champ in China, and his bit beast Driger, a white tiger. And Kenny, a boy whose bit beast, Dizzara aka "Dizzi", is trapped inside his laptop. Together, these four boys, forming the team "Bladebreakers", travel the world, in search of more challenges and to seek the title of "Beyblade World Champions". But will they succeed? Or will the other beybladers whom possess supposedly "superior" bit beasts tear down their path to victory? Find out by watching Beyblade!
