It is a Fact that the Female Spanish Teacher in this Story did exist and did die in the 1980's in a Car Accident while driving to School. Students and Staff have seen her late at Night or Afternoon haunting the Premises of the School.
This is definitely worth checking out, but getting Permission from the School would be a different Story. Also, the High School has been completely redone and moved actually ... so IDK
