Here is The War of The Sayains.

Chapter 1 the court case and penalty

The judge banged his "Gavel" on his desk and said "order order in the
court."
Immediately the court came to order. "Today we are looking at case 0075
The
country of Japan vs. Frezia . Will the council approach the bench?" The
council approached the bench and Judge Roshi asked is there any new
things or
requests you need to make?" The Prosecuting Attorney said, "no I have
nothing" The Defense Attorney said, " No I have nothing." Judge Roshi
said,
"ok then we shall start this court session."

The Prosecuting Attorney (Gohan) took the stand and started his speech.
"
People of the Jury Frezia should not be allowed to live. He has
destroyed
countless planets and killed countless people and why I ask just for
the fun
of it. If we let Frieza live and not have the death penalty the
universe
shall not survive. We were lucky that my father stopped Frieza 2 years
ago.
That is all your honor" The Prosecuting attorney left the stand.

The defense attorney (Zarbon) took the stand and started his speech.
"People
of court Frezia should not be killed. Frezia grew up only knowing one
thing
and that was killing, conquering, and destroying. He never knew to be
kind,
peaceful, gentle, loving, or friendly. His father King Cold influenced
him to
be what Frezia is today. Since Frezia was almost killed by Goku He has
been
having nightmares and recently realized that what he was doing was
wrong.
That is all I have your honor."

The Judge asked the Prosecuting Attorney "Do you have any witnesses you
would
like to call to the stand?" The Prosecuting attorney replied saying "
Yes I
do. For my first witness I wish to call on Son Goku" Goku went to the
stand
and was sworn into court. The Prosecuting attorney (Gohan) asked Goku "
Goku
when you were fighting Frezia back on Planet Namek what was his
attitude
towards you and your friends?" Goku answered the question by saying, "
Frezia
thought anyone weaker then him should not live." Gohan then said, " So
Frezia
thought anyone below him wasn't worthy of living? How did he deal with
anyone
who disobeyed him?" Goku replied " He would blow up this person without
thinking twice. He thought any one who didn't obey him should die."
Gohan
then said, "People of the court Frezia killed numerous people who he
believed
were unworthy of living. Your Honor I have no more questions for Goku."
Judge
Roshi asked The Defense, " Do you have any questions for Goku?" The
defense
attorney said "No we do not have any questions for Mr. Goku." Judge
Roshi
asked Gohan "Do you have anymore witnesses to call to the stand?" Gohan
replied "No I do not have any more witnesses."

Judge Roshi then asked the Defense if they had any witnesses to call to
the
stand. Zarbon (defense attorney) said "No your Honor I do not." Judge
Roshi
then said " Will the Prosecuting attorney come up and give closing
speech on
behalf of the Plaintiff?"

Gohan walked up to the podium and started his speech. " People of the
Jury
Frezia must get the death penalty because he has killed to many
innocent
people to go to Jail any way he would just destroy it. Just like every
other
place he has ever been to. If just give him the death penalty our
universe
shall rest better. I have brought with me over a million Coroner's
report. I
would like to enter this as Evidence A. That is all." Gohan went back
to his
seat. Judge Roshi then said will the Defending attorney come up and
give your
closing speech on behalf of the defendant?

Zarbon walked up to the podium and started his speech. " People of the
Jury
Frezia should not get the death penalty even though Frezia has killed
so many
people. It wasn't really his fault. I have brought with me a letter
from his
father King Cold. The letter says to go conquer other planets or else
Frezia
would be killed. I would like to enter this as evidence B. That is all
I have
to say." Judge Roshi said "now that everything has been said and
evidence has
been displayed. I would ask the Jury to go and decide if Frezia is
Guilty or
not Guilty and then if Frezia should die or not. Come back in this room
once
you have reached a verdict. Take the Evidence with to examine. Now take
precaution The Death Penalty is a very serious matter. The Jury is now
Dismissed." The Jury got up and left.

7 days later the Jury reentered the court and gave their verdict. The
Head
Juror gave the verdict that Frezia is Guilty and is sentenced to the
Death
Penalty. Frezia was to die in a week and so ended the case.

Chapter 2: The War begins

The day before Frezia's Execution there was an explosion and Frezia
escaped
even with an elite team of ten Super Sayain. With one Ki blast all 10
Super
Sayains were killed. Frezia went far away. He soon arrived at the
hidden
location of his space ship. He walked in smiling in a few minutes he'd
be
gone and no one would know where he is. He would go far away and find
his
brother Cooler and sister Princess Ice. Together they would return to
New
Planet Vegita and destroy it just as he had done with Old Vegita. Soon
he was
in outer space.

After weeks of flying he arrived on Planet Kold. He immediately found
that
his father King Kold had also escaped and was bringing cooler and
Princess
Ice to help free Frezia and destroy New Vegita. But little did they
know that
Goku, Gohan, Goten, King Vegita, Bardock, Prince Vegita, Chibbi Trunks,
Mirai
Trunks and Pan were preparing for just an attack. Each of these Sayains
had
the power to go Super Sayain.

Then 10 months later after much extreme training the war or the Sayains
began. Frezia and his troops arrived. After months of fighting all the
sayains except Mirai Trunks, Vegita, Gohan, and Goku remained to fight
millions of Frezia's younger siblings.

They were weakened beyond help. Just then explosions were heard and
many
strange spaceships that resembled beetles arrived. Out of them came
Armies of
Namekian led by their king Piccolo. Now under the remaining sayains and
Piccolo's command the war continues.

One by one all of the sayains and Nameks die leaving Mirai Trunks as
the
general. The Changelings are now being crushed. After two more weeks of
fighting it is only Trunks and Frezia left. So they begin fighting.

Trunks immediately turns Super Sayain and punches Frezia in the face
and
kicks Frezia in the stomach. Frezia realizes he needs more power and
transforms into a his highest form and starts trashing Trunks all over
the
battle field.

Trunks is thrown into a ocean cave and Frezia is blocking the way to
the
surface. Trunks then realizes he may lose. He thinks back on the war
and the
victories and defeats. Then of Vegita dying to save Trunks from
incoming
attacks. To seeing his best friend die at the hands of Cooler. Then
finally
Pan his girl friend being thrown into the mountains and dying. At that
last
memory Trunks goes Super Sayain 4. His red fur on his chest glowing
mysteriously, his hair still Purple hair streaked with red and Gold.
Trunks
kept on going. Soon he had far surpassed even Super Sayain 4 Gogeta.
With
this sudden burst of power he emerged from the cave and battle
continued...
