Akuma no Jikan
Akuma no Jikan is the Demon of Time. Ruler of the 0th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th planes. He is Jikan number one, being the first Jikan (Naturally). He is a demon (duh!) And lives in the 1st plane (Though ruling 1-4) which is basically a big lava pit. Akuma spends most of his time being funny and making fun of people, as do all Rulers. But he does the best of the job, because he stays funny, unlike the rest of them.

Kami no Jikan
Kami no Jikan is the God of Time. Ruler of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th planes. He is Jikan number two, being the second Jikan (as stated). He is a god, but sometimes takes Angel or Human Forms. He lives in the 10th plane (even though he rules more) which is Raisec platforms with a starry background and pillars and smoke. Kami is great at making fun of people and being funny, but there is always that time when he's not funny every once in a while. Oh well.

Draco no Jikan
Draco no Jikan is the Dragon of Time. Ruler of the 3rd Plane, granted by Akuma. She is Jikan number three, being the umm..certain Jikan (In other words....third). She is the dragon we think, but takes human form at certain times. Draco lives in the 3rd plane (Obviously, which used to be the Empty Plane) Which is just a big empty plane (or was) But now is quite complicated. Draco has mixed humor, therefor the most popular. Sometimes she acts insane, yet sometimes with the Jikan-ness humor.

Panthera no Jikan
Panthera no Jikan is the Panther of Time. Ruler of the 9th Plane, being an archangel he lives up by the top. He is Jikan number four, being the last Jikan (As of a while). He is a beast or panther, but takes also will take human form at times. Panthera lives in the 9rd plane (which is where he rules of course) Which I really don't have any idea what it looks like, because I rarely go up past the 4th plane, having to go through earth to get there. Panthera, formerly and nowly known as Pegesus, is the least popular Ruler, only because people don't know him and he's new. Plus he makes fun of people less than the rest.

Nasshingu no Jikan
This is all we have to say about Nasshingu. He lasted for one day as a Jikan. He wasn't cool enough, and didn't pass as a ruler good enough. He broke the ballance of time by being the 5th Jikan, which was impossible. Thats all. This mockery of the rulers has not standed. Nasshingu is gone...nothing. He meant Nothing of Time in the first place.
