This countdown dedicated to Mickey!
Hey, everyone! Just a few quick words from us [Moo & Monkey]:
About the site moving: I lied. I copied about half of the site over to 0moola.com and then stalled out for a loooong time. In the time that's passed, 0moola.com has completely dropped off the face of the planet. Fortunately, the website is all still here! (I was never going to delete this copy, just change the homepage to say the page had moved but leave all the other files there as backup.) Looks like we're just going to have to live with the limited file transfer speed. Sorry guys! Coming soon: Summer Adventure 2008! -Moo

The message board is obviously open to BOTH camps. I apologize for the banner declaring it the "camp kittamaqund" board, but I doubt I'm gonna be able to get back into bravenet to change it any time soon. =P

Since Kittamaqund is famous for its beautiful Cove, Hollow, and rivers, I thought it'd be appropriate to add some of those pictures here. So here's a few to drool over till June.

Pamunkey Ridge 2006

"I like cheese. Imitation's my favorite." -Mosquito

Kitty 2005

How come we never got salad in our pack-outs with our hobo packs? Guess you can't have everything.

CIT Fluther 2004

Well, we're back from Kitty, another year of camp behind us, and another year that will seem like an eternity before we get to go back. The website seems to have come full circle, starting with Draco's CIT I year, now the new webmistresses have finished CIT I. We have more great pics this year than you can shake a stick at, and not all of it is CIT related, so have at.

Kittamaqund 2003

Better late than never, right? Heck yeah!

Kittamaqund 2002

I was only there for a week, but what a week it was!!

Camp Murphy 2002

aka Pamunkey Ridge Girl Scout Camp. Man was THIS a summer or WHAT?? Since it's mostly day camp and I spent most of my time at the barn, I only have a few pics. I thought it would be enough to fuel fond memories, though. *sentimental tear*

Camp Kittamaqund Staff 2001

Better late than never, right?? Well, here it is! What you've all been waiting for... the page for this past summer including highlights from wacky hair lunch, our impromptu 80's dance, the 4th of July festivities, and (my personal fav) costume dinner!

Camp Kittamaqund Staff 2000

For all those who are finally going into camp withdrawl, you can probably get some medication for those spazms, but to curb the uncontrollable sobbing here's some pictures from "The Summer After '99." (by the way, if Chocolate ever intimidated you in any way... you'll want to look at the campfire pictures)

And if you loved the 1998's CITs, you're bound to love 1999's new and improved CITs! (Under New Managment)
101 Years of Kitty Goodness

Who could ever forget those lovable CITs of 1998?
The CITs who were always there to read bedtime stories, mock councilors, and just generally be cool...
Well, just in case you have, visit this page...
(Now featuring a link to the Revenge of the Blondes page. It's up for a limited time only! That is, until Baloo, Scooter, and Sunny find out it's up.)

Adventure Weekends

Troop camping Adventure Weekends take place at both Kitty and Pamunkey Ridge in Spring, Summer, and Autumn. Not all of these weekends make it onto the site because our usual contributors are not always able to attend, but remember: you don't have to be one of the "usual suspects" to send me photos! Events will be retroactively added if sufficient material surfaces.

Play "Name that Camper!"
DRUMROLL PLEASE!!
I've got some of the GREATEST pictures from years past. Many many of these came from Chocolate, a few from Friday, and one from Poeseph. Thank you! Check these out! (Classic, just classic.)
