Fictional, Non fanfic drabbles written daily by about 6 people. They're the type of writings that makes you think of wine, bread and good literary discussion...or maybe that's the layout..
An online community. Join or search for writing groups/find some great short fiction. Good for putting up drabbles or simply reading. Beware though: bored middle-aged housewives alert!
It's the largest community art site out there and now you can write for it, or again, just read other people's stuff.
Links to all sorts of fictional stories and such. Offered in a wide range (ie Enlish/Islamic/Classic/Kids). I do not know if these are any good but the options are nice and if you want to go exploring I'd recommend taking a look. She seems to have her act together and the variety is encouraging in this rather bland cyberworld of ours.
A fairly new writing site, issuing weekly challenges. I don't know how many of them are drabbles or, again, if the content is any good, but it's past 1 am and you have nothing better to do it could be worth a possible consideration.

A multi-fandom, multi-author site featuring mainly sci-fi based sites. I don't know if they do drabbles, but if they do everthing else, chances are they'll have some. Not only that but it's het AND slash so you don't have to worry too much about pairings.
A Harry Potter fanfiction site. I have not extensively checked it out, but they have a weekly drabble challenge and on the surface it looks quite alright. Nerds, this just might be the site for you.
The force? Hmm...could this be a Star Wars forum? Yes. Yes it is. Find the index to read up on ideas/plots/everything your fellow anti-Trekis are putting up, and maybe join yourself one day. Much fun, might have you...
WWE fanfiction contests. Read em or post there or just mock it behind it's back (but don't let it hear you!)
A fanfiction site dedicated to Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett's Good Omens book. If this site is half as amazing as the literature, you gotta at least give it a shot. Neglect is against the law, you know.
A slash fic site this girl put up for fanfic involving...well, slash. IF you are interested go check it out. Otherwise please do not flame her site or her, and simply avoid. This is a common courtesy we are all owed, even slashers.
[NOTE: I put up this link b/c there are people out there who are interested in this subject matter. I am showing neither support nor disapproval, this is simply an option for your consideration.]
