Ingredients:

1 can Red Salmon
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup saltine crackers, crushed (about 15 pcs)
salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Lightly grease an 8" x 8" square pan. Prepare the ingredients.







Crush the saltine crackers (may use plastic bag then pound with bottle or use the chopper or blender). Let soak in milk for at least 5 minutes.







Mix together the rest of the ingredients with the milk-cracker mixture.






Transfer to the greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes. (may sprinkle grated parmesan cheese at the last 5 minutes of baking).

Tip:

In crushing the crackers, you may use resealable plastic sandwich bag and pound it with the back of a knife or use rolling pin,, or you may also use the blender.

Other alternative for saltine crackers are crispy rice cereals or breadcrumbs.

You may sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese at the last 5 minutes of baking.
Salmon Loaf
ingredients
crush 15 pcs saltine crackers
soak crackers in milk
mix with all other ingredients
mixed well, ready to transfer to pan
bake at 350 deg F for 45 minutes
