DOUGH INGREDIENTS
3 / 4 cup + 2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
2 1 / 4 cups all-purpose flour
1 / 4 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons FLEISCHMANN�S Bread Machine Yeast




INSTRUCTIONS:

Add water, 1 tablespoon oil, salt, flour, cornmeal, and yeast to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough/manual cycle.

When cycle is complete, remove dough to lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each to 8-inch circle. Place about 1 cup Three-Pepper Cheese Filling on one half of each circle; moisten edges. Fold dough over filling; press with tines of fork to seal. Place on greased baking sheet. With sharp knife, make 3 (1-inch) slits across top of each calzone. Brush tops with olive oil. If desired, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds..

Bake at 400oF for 25 minutes or until done. Serve warm.


Chicken-Pepper-Cheese Calzone
FILLING INGREDIENTS:
mix cooked meat, cut into smaller pieces with chopped veggies (suggested: raisins, carrots, potatoes cut in small cubes, bell peppers chopped) and shredded cheddar cheese to make about 4 cups. May add salt and pepper to taste.
