Repair & Maintenance

Is your computer slow and buggy? A quick cleaning and tune up can dramatically enhance a computer's performance. Like cars occasional maintenance is needed to keep it running smoothly. If you are thinking about buying a brand new computer because it is old, it probably just needs to be serviced.

Upgrades

Thinking about upgrading, but not sure what to get? Then after buying your new toys, not sure how to put them in? We provide upgrading consultation on what to get, where to purchase it for less than in store, installation, and whether or not an upgrade is actually needed.

Shopping Assistance

Want to buy a new computer?  Laptop? Digital camera? We can explain the various computers and gadgets, the numbers attached to them, and what they mean for you. Side by side shopping; is available.

Tutoring

Want learn how to use a computer? Need to be free from your kid's help? Learn the basics of using a computer, the Internet, basic applications, and those programs it came with but haven't been touched.

Q/A

Sometimes it's just best ask a series of questions.  "Why is this slow? How come the store guy said that? Can I send Aunt Gertrude the baby's new pictures?"

Digital Video

VHS to DVD transfers, basic editing, and quality dense compressions, i.e. 10 hours or more per DVD. Basic digital video consultation and tutorials, e.g. nitrates and framerates, are available.

Academic Tutoring

Computers are just complex calculators and Computer Science is a branch of math.  Tutoring in high school Algebra, Geometry, Trig, Calculus, (AP) Programming, and Data Structures is available.

Data Entry

65 WPM.  1 year professional MS Access data entry experience.
