This is a simple painting program that runs on the Dreamcast. You will need a Dreamcast mouse connected and a standard controller plugged into port A. I haven't tried it with a PC mouse and a 2in1. You can burn the DiscJuggler image and pop the CD into your Dreamcast to try it out. The plain files contain an unscrambled binary which you can upload to the Dreamcast with a coders cable or a broadband connection. The 1ST_READ.BIN is scrambled.
