Nothing is perfect, so this section is here to work around anything gone awry.
MiniPortal:
MiniPortal opens whenever I establish an internet connection, and I only want it to open when I tell it to:
This occurs because the MiniPortal is already open, and it is initializing its interface. A quick (and effective) solution to this problem is to delete the MiniPortal shortcut from your startup group. To do this, click Start:Settings:Taskbar & Start Menu:Start Menu Programs:Remove..., then scroll to "StartUp," click the plus sign next to it, select the MiniPortal shortcut, and click "Remove."
