             An individual person may only sign up once.

             An individual must be 18 years or older.

             Members reserve the right to cancel service at any time. Voluntary participation is a
             condition of membership. If a member is not satisfied with their membership they may
             cancel at anytime.

             When the banner is active within the GoToWorld.com browser, the browser is said to be
             "Active". The number of hours per month a member will be paid for surfing the Internet
             while using an Active GoToWorld.com browser is limited. The maximum is 40 hours per
             month. GoToWorld.com has the right to change these limits at any time.

             The GoToWorld.com Browser banner viewer is Active and you are being paid money when
             you are surfing pages and surfing the net even while using other applications inside your
             GoToWorld.com Browser. The GoToWorld.com Browser bannerviewer is no longer active
             and you are not making money if (1) more than 3 minutes have elapsed since
             downloading pages or scrolling, (2) placing other windows (software) on top of the
             GoToWorld.com Banners, and (3) obscuring more than 1/3 of the banner outside the
             monitor window. Once you continue activity again and your banner viewer is active you
             will again start making money.

             The number of hours paid out to you is based on the amount of time you spend actively
             browsing and not your referrals. For example, your referrals spend an average of 40
             hours on-line, but you spend only 20 hours... you will get paid for only 20 hours. Our
             Potential Earnings Calculator reflects this limitation. But, you can always check the
             number of hours your referrals stay on-line in the Account Info section. There are not
             many rules, but we ask that you follow them!

             AntiSpam Policy - GoToWorld.com strictly prohibits members from sending unsolicited
             mass emails or spam, whether via email, Usenet or any other form. Any member using
             spamming techniques for soliciting referrals will be immediately terminated. In addition,
             their mailing address will be ineligible for opening a new membership account.

             Each member may have an unlimited amount of direct referrals.

             Members are only credited for referrals for three levels past their original direct referral.

             Payments sent monthly in the form of a check will be processed and mailed only once a
             member has accumulated $20 in their account.

             The Referral Reward Program is currently not available Internationally anywhere outside
             of Canada and the United States.

             Use of the GoToWorld.com browser and plug-ins are subject to the terms and conditions
             of a software license agreement which the user must accept before installing.

             GoToWorld.com reserves the right and privilege to remove any member at any time from
             the GoToWorld membership without prior or written notification.

             Hourly rate limits, hourly payments and all other terms of this agreement are subject to
             change at any time without prior notification or approval of the members.

             Federal Income Tax Law Requirement - GoToWorld.com is required by Federal Income
             Tax Law, Code Section 6041, to obtain Federal tax identification information for all
             individuals or entities who reside in the United States to which we have made certain
             payments.
                1) All members who have received $300 or more in payments from GoToWorld.com and
                are U.S. residents must submit their completed W-9 forms to GoToWorld.com, or risk
                having their payments discontinued.
                2) Members residing outside of the United States must provide confirmation of country
                of residence to GoToWorld.com.
                3) Members may download a copy of the W-9 form from the following address:
