Welcome Wagon:  The Woodlands Community Development Corporation is going to be reviving the Welcome Wagon. 
  The hope is to visit new residents and provide some information about the community services, businesses and recreational opportunities.
  Anyone who would like to volunteer or would like info about their respective organization or business included can contact the Economic Development Officer at (204) 383-5679 or by email at

The Royal Canadian Legion Stonewall Branch No. 52 just gave away a $3000.00 jackpot at Bingo! Who knows, you might get lucky, too. Check out the weekly Bingo�s on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 p.m. in the main hall. And while you are there, drop in to the Club Room to purchase your tickets for this year�s BBQ BONANZA (won last year by Dick Slatcher): FIRST prize, a stainless steel barbecue and a steak dinner  for you and 10 friends (within 80 km of Stonewall); SECOND prize, a steak pack valued at $100.00; THIRD prize, a pickerel filet pack valued at $100.00. The winning ticket will be drawn at Quarry Days.

Curious about the history of the Stonewall Branch? Buy a history book for only $10.00; available in the Club Room.
