| Dover Productions, Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as DPL) offers a one-hundred percent guarantee on all products developed by the entity of DPL. This guarantee is redeemable by any and all customers and or clients of DPL, and applies to any and all products and or services rendered by DPL. Application for the Dover Guarantee by the client must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of completed product delivery to the client. If product is delivered to client via U.S.Mail, the guarantee period begins from the date of postmark. If product is hand delivered, or is picked up in person from DPL by the client, guarantee period begins from that date at which product transfer occurred. After the thirty (30) day period has ended, DPL is no longer financially liable in any manner whatsoever for the client's opinion of services rendered and shall not be held accountable as such. For Application for the Dover Guarantee, client must make contact with a representative of DPL via the company's POSTAL ADDRESS within the thirty (30) day guarantee period with a written request for refund, stating the client's conerns or comments and reason for refund request. This written request must be postmarked no later than the thirtieth (30th) day of the thirty (30) day guarantee period to be considered valid under these guidelines. Any guarantee application recieved postmarked after this thirtieth (30th) day will be considered void and no refunds may be given to the client. | |||||||||||
