Mobile County Attorney:

The enclosure will bring you up to date on my original proposal concerning an office of County Architect via a KYMAK/AIA Business Trust which we discussed in your office on 12/8/2008 about 9:30am.

Then at 10:00am I saw you talking to the County Engineer all during the very long meeting and got the impression that He validated the concept to you.

At the next meeting on 12/22/2008 one Commissioner intimidated everyone about it. Months later after he saw the light he took action in favor but without consulting with me - neither did anyone else - and things got confused.

Anyway, I hope with this letter the matter will be made a little clearer and that it is essential to our very survival as a Nation that it be implemented ASAP.

BTW, I gave Mobile County two KYMAK coupons via the Director of Regional Planning at SARPC shortly thereafter.

Thanking you for your attention to this matter and wishing you well, I am

Sincerely,

Douglas Boyd, Acting Pro Bono as County Architect.

To Chamber of Commerce in Independence, Missouri

Greetings:

In 1989, when I was starting to write a "business plan", the Mobile Chamber here suggested a Business Trust, AKA "Massachusetts Trust", so named, I guess since the idea likely originated in Massachusetts at the beginning of our Nation over 200 years ago. After extensive research I realized it is actually a fourth entity as a way of doing business and much more compatible with our Federal System of government than traditional forms (see Federalist Papers #17) derived from the Law Merchant of the Feudal System - largely contained in the Uniform Code of Commercial Law which perpetuates the Confederacy where the States exercised the power to regulate commerce in spite of the Constitution which delegated that and taxation to Congress in Article One, Section 8. But anyone who chooses to do so may use it and I have done so as described below and also on my website trust.html page. Using this form of business entity, I remain a private citizen and stock holder which, as an Artist-architect it suits me perfectly; Architects and others are paid as shown below. I personally may not be paid until my stock is trading in the market. There may be no need for litigation; since there are statutory Business Trusts already in place as here in Alabama; although it seems I must start on the ground at the site in Independence according to the lore of the KYMAK concept. After several years of acting Pro Bono as County Architect (as recommended by the Architect, Frank Lloyd Wright  in his Broadacres City concept) both here and in Jackson County I believe the time is finally ripe. Let's hope so. Jackson County is considering adding my drawings to their own GIS cache for Banks who lend money to Developers. I have discussed this favorably with ________ Bank here and Bank of ________ there in Independence; I believe five Banks could be appointed as Trustees who would redeem my KYMAK Site Selection coupons at 5:1 at 20% of face value.

Here is my proposal: See: KYMAK/AIA Business Trust
