Age
of Apocalypse Rogue Alternate Timeline Rogue, Married to Magneto, leader of the X-Men 
Now, to fully understand who this alternate timeline Rogue is, some explaining must be done first. You see, in this timeline, there are no X-Men per se, because Xavier is dead. It all started here: 
With Xavier dead, a new reality imerges, along with a whole new cast of "warped" characters. Rogue's character was particularly altered. She started out the same way, being raised by Mystique, who then gave her over to Magneto's care. Rogue becomes an X-Man and fights the good fight along with other rag-tag teams. Things move along, and she does develop a relationship with Gambit, who still maintains his thief background. Rogue is torn between her feelings for Gambit and her developing feelings for Magneto, and eventually decides that Magneto holds more of a future than a thief who she can't rely on. The two starcrossed lovers are torn apart in this reality. 
(Plus, Magneto can touch her
in this reality...which probably had SOMEthing to do with her choosing
him over Gambit.)
Rogue and Magneto have a son, named Charles Lensherr, and go on to be the "king and queen" of the good guys. They team up with the rest of the resistance against Apocalypse to try and save reality as they know it. (or at least, as the teleporting Bishop has told them it really is.)
